Amazing. This book was absolutely amazing and interesting! I was hooked the moment i finished the first chapter. I really wish the next book was available to read and not listen to! I recommend this book to any teen or tween who is looking for a good romance- mystery- adventure (but mostly adventure and mystery), because this book is it. Hope you like it as much as I did!

I loved it. The plot alone in this book made me fall in love with it. It shows a new world with Gemma, as she experiences her newfound emotions as well as creatures, and I can't wait to read the sequel!!!

Good. The books was great but the next two books are the Exact same!! Don't even waste money buying them. It literally repeats everything that happened in the first book twice! However the 1st book is good.

Highly Recommend. honestly, i started reading this book because its free but thank God that it is because the book is electrifying! the story, the dialogue, the characters are the perfect mix. its not a 5/5 because of a few grammatical errors and at times the main character seemed a bit repetitive but other than that the books was AMAZING & i can’t wait to read the next one. highly recommend for anyone looking to escape, or “transport,” to another world ;) Side note: There are no rated R scenes (if you know what i mean) in this book so its a great read for any age

Amazing!☺️❤️. This book is just amazing! It gives such a sense of passion and goes into so much detail as it explains Gemma’s feelings. Even though I would have liked this book to have a happy ending, I think it’s a great twist to all the happily ever afters we’re so used to reading. I would have given this book five stars, but I was hoping for a happy ending😂🤧

A great read. I liked reading this book and it was a great read. The characters were okay and likable. I got caught up on the parts that involved Gemma's emotions and the drama through out the story. I feel bad for the ending part and I'm slightly irritated by Alex. Although, he's got his good moments; he's still a jerk at times. I can't wait to read the next book of this series. I will definitely finish it all.

I'm so sad I wasted my time. I would like to thank reviews number 50, 69, 114, and 137. Very bad grammar, not a fan of her language (but it might seem mild to others), Gemma was very poorly done but moderately likable, Laylen was the best character, Alex got old far to fast but fresh at first from the normal characters, others were more poor than Gemma, many things were left unexplained which is a big mistake for fans but a great idea for more money, Death Walkers REALLY?!? (Take one second: what is the first thing that comes to mind? Harry Potter most likely, but what about it? A very bad and unoriginal version of Death Eaters and Dementors combined. I'm shaking my head at you), the author seemed to write whatever came to mind- no crucial planning at all- if there was it was a horrible job, very predictable but Gemma did not catch on to any of it somehow, and even if the idea was original, the way it was laid out was so poor it no longer felt original. The electricity and memories were a good idea, but laid out poorly. I wish I had never read it: it was a waste of three days. The cover caught my eye, but the reading bored me. I trusted the author to end the book, but as I came just fifty pages away I knew. She would not be ending the book along with all of my trust. And that she did. I trusted her to end and explain. Neither of my wishes were fulfilled. She seemed very inexperienced to do any of what she did. If this book is your style I'm happy you can enjoy it, but we must all have our opinions and I'd rather state mine than leave others like myself in the dark to be dissatisfied. And for all of you who shed tears, I only got slightly sad when I thought of Laylen or Gemma being unfeeling. Like I said, the story line is most definitely original, but displayed as if she does not want an original work in her hands. That highly disappoints me above all.

Ending on a cliffhanger? So tacky. I liked the casual writing style, it kept the story amusing despite the general angst of the storyline. Loved the bitter sarcasm of the heroine. Hope she shows a bit more strength and character growth in the rest of the series. The clumsy damsel in distress thing is so eye roll worthy. Leaves room for growth though and I like that. Story seems pretty original as well, though some of the twists were kind of predictable. Excited to see where the story goes. Will be reading the rest of the series. Kudos to the author.

Has Potential. I understand the reason behind making her emotional stability nonexistent, but it was just painfully annoying to read those parts. The ending is rather silly too. The story has potential but it definitely needs work.

Best book ever better than Twilight Saga. It's a truly amazing i can assume much better than any other saga even know I only read this one and the sample for the next(don't have enough money for the rest of the series if I buy one I'll want the others to much the most page turning book ever. The first time I read it I started reading just before bed and finished a hour or two after sun rise this is my fifth time reading it and its just as gripping as the first. The fallen star review. This is my all time favourite book, I first read it when I was eleven because it was free and instantly I was hooked. Iv read this book at least twenty times over the years, and have brought the other series in the collection. I love how witty Jemma is and how she's always trying to get Alex to tell the truth, I mean Iv laughed so much goring this book more then any other and I mean the main char character is so original. Most of the books Iv read that are this type always have the same sort of main character. I really recommend this book Iv gave it my first five stars and I can't see why some people don't like it all the best Emma.

The fallen star. This book was a nice easy read. At first I thought I knew what it was going to be about, so was nicely surprised with the actual storyline. It was over too quickly, but that means I can read the next book in the series.

Brilliant book - shame iBooks don't have the sequels although kindle does!. As the title suggests, this book is really good and I really enjoyed reading it. I was completely hooked and so much so that I was excited to read the sequel. However there was a problem, iBooks contain none of the other books in this series!! Ridiculous to have one on here without the rest! The saving grace is that kindle have all titles available in this series and therefore I suggest using kindle instead. You've let yourself down and lost money there apple 😱

Pretty meh. Very good story telling, very interesting plot. Main love interest is the biggest jerk though and is very hard to like. Very toxic. Gemma (the main character) was not a very strong lead aswell. If she were male people would be outraged.

Jessica Sorensen. Jessica Sorensen is a prolific writer. Careful reading reveals why she can do this. Clearly, no time is spent in proofing the text. Her long predictable teenage level tales, while captivating on some level, are peppered with typos, bad grammar, and misused words. Incorrect homonyms and incorrect verb forms can be seen in almost every chapter. Her work seems to be an example of profit before quality.

Fallenstar. Absolutely loved it such a great book. I couldn't put it down. The suspense at the end is killing me but there's more I see so I can't wait to read them such a great author and book!

AMAZING. This book was absolutely amazing and very intense and suspenseful, which in some sections of the book left my heart pumping hard!!! I recommend this book to all middle school/high school teens!!!
