Cute. I like it, it was cute and sometimes a little funny. It did seem a little rushed though, but it was still a good book to read. Very enjoyable.

Disappointing. I expected more from Picoult. This book seems more about getting her daughter published than the great writing we're used to from this writer.

Amazing. That book was amazing perfect for any beginner authors. I was very inspired that Jodi and her daughter Samantha would write a book together. And being I'm a young author it inspires me to write more. It was a excellent book I recommend it for anyone Great job Jodi & Samantha!!!

Don't Waste Your Time. Unfortunately, this has potential, but was really only published because Samantha Van Leer's mother is Jodi Picoult. Never would have been picked up otherwise. Has potential, but has about as much maturity as the middle schoolers in the book. Most ends don't tie up perfectly; the conclusion actually made me angry. Really bad. Don't read.

Jodi did great guiding her daughter in bringing this romantic fantasy to life.. While this book is not the average style for Jodi it is a fantastic story. It took a few chapters to get the idea of the structure of the story. Maybe she was helping publish her daughter. But the result was a unique story with a great delivery in the style of writing. She did well instructing her daughter of creating this book. I found it to be a quick read, I enjoyed the simpler story. It is truly a preteen book. But the girl in all us women can easily enjoy it. As well as all our teen girls in our lives. Hoping Jodi's daughter has several more stories in mind. I will definitely read Samantha's books if she continues to allow her mother to mentor her writing. Second generation with a fresh mind coming up with creative stories.

Amazing talent. Loved this book. I went to a book reading and signing for this book. Jodi Picoult and her daughter are such talented writers. I liked the story line since it was a concept others would love to be in. Can't wait for the sequel in May. Definitely going to be reading the next one

Best book ever. This book is one of my favorite books! It was cleverly written and kept me wanting to read more (which can be hard to do). I highly recommend this book to any fairytale lover! It's also a great book for summer reading!

Predictable. This story took way too long to get where it was going...and then I guessed most of the ending. I struggled to get threw it. I kept thinking, "it's going to get better". Never did.

Between The Lines. I LOVED this book. I've read it twice already! I'm in grade 11, so I'm a bit above the targeted age, but even after I finished the book, I caught myself thinking about it as I went about my daily life. Oliver is every girl's Prince Charming, and the fact that he is trapped inside a book and she is trapped outside added so much to their story of forbidden love! I found that Delilah was me in fictional form, and that has never happened before. I could rant about this book for hours, to anyone who would listen.

AMAZING. This book was so amazing, I couldn't put it down! It has a fun and exciting twist on modern day fairy tales and is the story of a forbidden love between Oliver, a fictional character that wants nothing more than to leave the margins of his book and Delilah, a misunderstood teenager. Best book ever.

Not for late teens. I just finished reading this book after my mom bought it for me for Christmas. While it was good, it wasn't great. I love Jodi's novels however I was disappointed with this one. I am in grade 11 and I found it way too childish more for age 12. It was kind or repetitive and boring but I finished it and I was satisfied with the ending.
