here’s why this book in my mind deserves more recognition. Personally, I feel that this book is one of the best I have ever come across. I usually don’t write reviews but when I finished the book in one day I couldn’t help it. I’ve read good books but nothing like this before. The storyline was wonderful, and I couldn’t set the book down. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. A huge thank you to David Levithan for this masterpiece.

One of My Favorites. This book was chosen as "Book of the Week" by my English teacher. I checked it out of his "library" and finished it the same day. I couldn't put it down and I relate so much to what the protagonist went through with love and heartbreak. Definitely up there with Gone Girl and Eragon as my favorites. Don't hesitate you will thoroughly enjoy this book.

Nice read. I would not say that I did not like this book. I did! But it was not keeping me in. For some reason I did not have that feeling that I need to know what will be next! Nice book, easy to read! Great for killing time!

Great! First book I could relate to in a long time. This book is great! It start off fast and their never a dull moment. Even though their countless character, each of them is well developed and interest.There's a character in this book that everyone can relate them. The book is so witty and hopeful but also honest and realistic. It doesn't feel like your reading a fantasy. I would recommended this book to everyone who is willing to see what us like to walk a mile in a different pair shoes everyday , with the same desire.

I've never read anything like this. This book has drawn me to love David levithan. I'm not a big book reader, in fact, I always hated books before this one. It's a great book and I think anyone who's thinking about reading it, really should. This book is about an it. The it is a person, but has no specific gender. It is switched from body to body every night at exactly midnight. He falls in love with a girl named Rhiannon and they have the most magnificent days together. Read to see what happens next. It's a great book.

Not so good..... I may be the only one who feels this way but I didn't get the book. I thought it was boring and kinda strange. The way the main character doesn't have a gender...are they gay? It was a cool idea for a book but I have honestly read so many better books and don't get what all the hype is about.

Great book, but teens ONLY. This fantastic thrill ride of a novel is interesting, funny, and also sad. I really enjoyed it and read it quickly. I would say its perfect, but some sexual content thwarts my thinking on this book. There is a scene where 2 teens lay in a bed naked(nothing sexual happens) and it is very akward. Also there are themes supporting homosexuality(some kids may not pick up this theme). Overall entertaining and fun! My rating: PG-13 : sexual content involving nudity, thematic material, brief violence, and alcohol and drug use- all involving teens

Favorite. I love it. My most favorite book ever , and I'm very picky.

Beyond amazing!!. This book was everything I looked for in a book.. Love.. Innocence.. Life's challenges.. And most of all a connection. It will pull you in, and put you in a state where you never want it to end.. You always will want to know what occurs next. From the beginning to the end. This author is brilliant, simply put. Keep them coming!

Good book. To me this was a good book! I read half of the book in one day! It was interesting to get an insight of different people’s lives by hearing about them from one person. It was interesting but the ending was unexpected! Now I want to read Rhiannon’s side of the story.

My opinion. First let me say loved the book it had a very nice plot very well written it pulled me into the book I finished it in about a week or so as a young adult reader I would rate this book straight 10/10 but maybe as an adult reader I would rate 8/10 I didn’t like how A kept sending the bodies I guess you can say lived in for 24 hours to chase after Rhiannon that’s kinda creepy I guess you can say. The last page didn’t make any sense to me because A explains how the body A’s in is gonna run away but if you logically think about it how ? If A’s just gonna wake up in somebody else? Overall great book loved it write more. XOXO

All Day, Every Day. This book was wonderful, not only because of "true love" factor or the beautiful construction of the story, but the underlying truth that it doesn't matter what gender, race, or physical features you possess, as kind as you love and care for each other sincerely.

What can I say. True love without the fairytale ending. I don't if I can really put into words what I just read I just know it was very interesting , touching, mind bending... It could only end one way and it did. One of the rare books that's left me at a loss of words.

Superb!!!. An absolutlely enthralling novel. The ending is both both satisfying and completely unexpected!!

My opinion.... I read this awhile ago but happened to look through my books and thought to tell you that this was amazing in my opinion. I chose this book for a school project and loved it. I loved the way it was written it might be hard to understand at first but it's definitely one of my favs.

A Maze of emotions. Read about 4 times and fell into the pit of emotions the main characters go through. The final few chapters will jerk a tear from your eye.

Love David. He is one of my favorite authors, and I actually do believe that every one of his books is literary gold.

Like nothing else. I’ve read this book before and was compelled to give it to a friend to read. I got it again online and the second read is just as breathtaking. The world this book creates is just like nothing else, I love this story. Highly recommend.

Eh.... It was alright I guess. It had that kind of hold on you that wouldn’t let you go. You had to know what happened next, even if you don’t want to really finish the book. There were parts in the book where the purpose of the whole “Love isn’t about the body but the soul” thing was defeated, but it kind of made it more real in a way. The end felt like the author backed off when writing it. I get not giving an epilogue about how everyone ended up, but it still felt much too abrupt. All in all, I didn’t like the book very much, but I’m glad I read it.

A-mazing. This book was over-all an A ;) the settings, plot, climax, resolution were simply brilliant. I just wish A to somewhat cross paths with Rhiannon again in the future and see how it goes... :)

Amazing. A great idea that was superbly written. I tip my hat to Levithan, he has written a great story. I never give anything five stars because I never know whether or not something better is out there but this is one of my favorite novels and the one I've recommended to the most people.

Loving. This book was fantastic! I love it. Even tho I had to cry at the end, it was an emotional and absorbing book! The story is completely different to any other love stories! I can't really put in words how totally great this book is. Just read it and you will see that it is value to read!

Ok but some would’ve benefited from a sensitivity reader.... As a fat trans person two chapters really made me want to stop reading. The transphobic way they refer to Vic’s body as “female biologically living as male gendered” is a very insensitive wrong way to phrase “Vic is a trans man”. Author should have hired a trans editor honestly... like I was baffled... Then the chapter about the larger fat character soon after was rampant with fat phobia. Like that was the entire chapter... it was upsetting. There are some spots like this but those two instances bothered me the most. Overall though the book was easy to get through and was very easy to get caught up in.

5 stars for a reason!. This book started out fast and "ended on a nice note". The whole story just blew me away with the amazing writing style of Levithan. I will be definitely reading more works of literature by him. I just really need to see a second book to this, so we see how A is doing, along with Rhiannon! I rated this 5 stars for these reasons :) Happy reading!

Possibility. I really admire the way David Levithan writes, this book is no exception. I couldn't put it down and it's not your usual fairy tale ending. Fiction or not, I was open to the possibilities that a life like "A" could exist.

An amazing book BUT..... I still have to mention theirs a bit of The Giving Tree bashing in it which I think was a little small of him to do. Like the book or not, he shouldn't hate on another author, especially himself being an author, he should know how it hurts. I personally think that was a mistake on his part. But other than that, it's a well written piece of literature. Well done.
