Great read. If you enjoy the history of fashion, this book is a must.

Kind of boring. Too much focus on details of all the deals between banks, corporations, percentages, throwing millions around back and forth, and little about the actual cast of characters. I suppose if you’re a banker or corporate CEO you might find this exciting but I found it very boring.

Greed, murder, wealth and Tom Ford. I really couldn't put this book down, it's so twisted and chaotic! It's a fantastic and fun read that is over the top. Who knew Gucci was so dark and on the verge of a downfall. Tom Ford saves the day.

Great research by author but…. I gave it a 4 star because at times it felt like I was reading a history book. In my opinion, it contained too many unnecessary details of the company’s dealings that made me skip pages to get to the good parts of the family dynamics. Now, that was excellent!

Fashion house drama. For anyone who loves fashion and/or family drama, read this! The details are wonderful. I loved the history of this brand and the family and business partners that have made it what it is over the last 100 years!!

Focused way too much on the business deals instead of the family scandals. Way too much focus on the details of the business deals, banks, and corporations. Majority of the book felt like reading a business textbook. Wish they focused more on the family dynamics. Unless you’re really into history of fashion or business, this is a really boring book.

Ugh. Too long and boring. Reads like a documentary not a novel.
