Couldn't put it down!!!. Loved this book and didn't want it to end!! I wish we could learn more about Patience and Grant. I also loved Undeniable Rogue. The author really weaves a wonderful story, gets you hooked and wanting more.

Good read but not so good ending. I really enjoyed the book. The characters were well developed. However, the end left much to the imagination. Their union was very sparse of detail and left lots of loose ends. I still recommend the book but wished the end was more fulfilling.

Sea scoundrel. A very long read. Confused on what the main story was about. Did tend to drag on & on.. Skipped through some just get to ending.

Good but abrupt. Absolutely funny and amazing, the ending seemed incredibly rushed and not finished, however. Left a lot of loose strings untied.

Sea Scoundrel. I enjoyed the story and it kept my interest through out the entire book. It had a few errors, but not so many that I couldn't overlook them. My criticisms are: 1) If the Marquess of Andover received his title due to his service to the crown, how can he be the marquess as a boy in the beginning of the book? 2) Instead of expanding on a few things that happen on the voyage, I felt like the author threw in everything except the ship actually sinking. 3) I thought the ending was a bit rushed. 4) What about Sophie? Even a sentence saying Patience will continue to help her find a husband would have done trick. Maybe she shows up in one of the following stories? With all this said, I do like the authors style of writing and will probably purchase the next book.

Good read! But.... What happened to Sophie???

Annoying Heroine but still a Fun read. Nice and funny with "LOL" moments. However, the heroine does annoy and grate on my nerves a number of times with her silliness and absurd naivety. I managed to continue reading just for the too-good-to-be-true hero and the humourous contents.

Loved it!. I loved this book! Great characters, funny, intense. I only wish the ending was more. Readers wait throughout the book for the main characters to finally get it! ;) and then it was over. I wish there would have been an epilogue or just something that would have gave a lil more closure. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys historical romance!!

Couldn't put it down. I absolutely loved this book! Great character development...you fall in love with each and every one of these girls and want them all to find their true loves. Had never read Annette Blair before, but her wit and wonderful storyline kept me intrigued throughout the book.LOVED it!

Another Wonderful Story. The author captivates you from the beginning. I literally couldn’t put this book down!

Tame, but intriguing love story. I really enjoyed this story, but found it rather predictable. It kept me entertained to the point I didn't want to put it down. If you are looking for saucy love scenes, look elsewhere. The two adults acted more like two untried teenagers who were scared to go too far. When it finally hastened, the scene faded to black. But overall, even though it lacked the steam, it was a good read.

Sea scoundrel. I couldn't get past the first few pages because the falling scene was absurd. Looking at an ant and thinking about it while plastered on your face. really! I am glad it was free.

Sea Scoundrel. Good book. my fav. Parts ( besides the romantic parts) was when the girls were at sea and all the mishaps. Really funny. I found myself laughing out loud at sometimes.

**SPOILER** big ol tease. Not a badly written story, but kind of annoying that two adults, including an eager-to-play heroine, should spend the entire time feeling lust, flirting with desire, even "hooking up" like a couple of teenagers, yet we never get to read what the experience was like for them to actually consummate. 700 pages of foreplay & we never get to experience their first time at all. It's barely implied & their honeymoon jumps ahead in a sentence to 2 weeks later. Boooo!!!

I couldn't put it down!. Seriously I loved this book. I started it at 9 PM and was still awake at 5:30 AM when I had to be at work that morning. (I'm a slow reader). The characters were delightful. I laughed so hard in some places that tears streamed from my eyes. I can't wait to read another, but I think I'll get some sleep tonight first!

One Of My Favorites!!!. I love everything about this book. Including the length. I am so glad to be able to read the full story, I feel so much would have been lost in a shorter version. I’ve read it over a couple of times now, and I enjoy it as much as I did the first time.... wish I could buy it in a hard copy because this one would have a welcome home on my shelf.

Sea Scoundrel. This was a good book. I have had it in my library for a long time. I let my Unlimited expire and may wait a couple months to catch up on my reading. I was a Navy wife for 18 years and always love stories about the sea.

Well written !!. Story is good and good plot except for some loose end like Sophie -we don't know what happened to her and some grammatical errors ..but overall good entertaining read!!

Awesome. I devour romance novels but this was different. It was great, the style of writing, the humour and the plot.

Sea Scoundrel. Ebook Better written and more interesting characters and plotlines. Patience never wants to marry. She wants independence, and in marriage the women loses. However to make money she is escorting 4 American to London to help them find titled husbands. The Captain of the boat shouts and irritates, but also beguiles her. Once back in London Grant wants to get away from the beguiling Patience and run back to sea, but also he wants to help her, protect her and ravish her.

Dreadful. Reasons that cannot be justified by their ends, I forced myself to finnish this dreadfully badly written romance. This book had few, if any redeaming qualities, though I was ever hopeful. The characters were not believable. Historical details were inaccurate, (which I found patronising and condescending). Plot line was jumbled and flitted continually without focus. There were, in addition, far too many side stories, which i found distracting. The editing was poor and left typos as well as sentances that were incomplete. There is a misconception surrounding the romance genre that they are trivial bits of fluff. This novel certainly gives credit to this stereotype. I prefer, however, to consider them differently. They have the potential to be more. They are love stories. They are tools for escapisim. They can be diverting tales to reminde us of who we are, and have been. Fun ways to educate our selves in history. They do not need to be frivolous. I am certain Ms. Blair has the ability to do better, I would encourage her respect herself more in future. As for this reader, I feel distinctly dumber for having read this insipid piece of trash and do not recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy themselves.

A wonderful adventure. The book is truly fun and a wonderful adventure to read. I’ve read it twice and enjoyed it so much both times. I loved the characters and can’t wait for the next one.
