Amazing info!!!!. So I was clueless on a lot of info. Of fitness and dieting...reading this book cleared a lot of doubts and questions i was having and too embarrassed to ask. Knowing how long I’ve been getting fit. And I’m not a reader haha but this a lot had AWESOME!

Great book!. Definitely worth reading. This really helped me understand my body more, and made a great deal of sense of why some things just weren't working for me.

Fantastic!. Where I come from, there are a lot of self acclaimed fitness experts and gurus who give crappy information about dieting and bone breaking exercises... so much wrong information is all over the world especially amongst fitness magazines and YouTube channels. I love this book not only because the writer spoke the truth but also because every statement was backed up by scientific research!

Great synopsis of getting lean. This short explanation gets right to the point and explains the reasoning without a lot of impressive jargon that I could care less about. Addresses women and men. I like this as my husband and I workout together.

Concise, honest, humorous. As a certified personal trainer myself I try to better myself every day and learn a thing or two. A lot of truth. Good facts here, debunks a few of the myths of getting fit.

Good read. Nice short read detailing a lot of information the author touts as fact or fiction. While he has his opinions, he makes it easy to read and make up your own mind. Im leaving this review because, as someone who likes to do things my own way, i read this without feeling intimidated or forced into his beliefs. Answered many things I've been misinformed on!. I found your book very helpful to myself and feel I will apply my newfound knowledge to the rest of my health and fitness career. The only topic I would have liked to seen more of in this book would be "Problems with gaining muscle mass or weight". I realize that most people take up health and fitness to get the athletic more defined body, for myself it's never been an issue being lean as I started at 165lbs at 6ft tall 3 years ago. Although the last year of my training hasn't been quite as dedicated the first 2 years I kept journals of everything I had done in the gym, warm ups, cardio and weight lifting. I tried to keep a well balanced schedule as far as training all aspects of my body but seemed to hit a road block at 185lbs and therefor "fell off the band wagon" so to speak. Could be my dieting I suppose but at 23 now I just feel like I should be rounding the 200 mark and am at 180 and not going anywhere. Any pointers or tips would be greatly appreciated!!
