Great entertainment value. Panama here I cone.. Read part is this on my friends iPad. My dad and I were looking for a tropical location to scuba dive and go spear fishing. We have booked our flight for panama. If I like what i see I will buy a home there as well. Panama...who would have ever thought.

The case for retiring in Panama Is persuasively made. Panama has so many things going for it that are not common knowledge. This book makes a logical case that panama should be on your shortlist of countries to seriously consider retiring in. US dollar economy, no central-bank to screw up the economy, a multi line subway system in Panama City, no hurricanes, a very diversified economy with the government that focuses on building infrastructure to ensure long-term economic success. Sounds boring but when you add all that other beautiful things about Panama from fishing, animals in the regular tropical attractions panama is unique and central in Latin America and worthy of serious consideration

Wow Amazing eBook. a 10 on 10 for value, entertainment and facts.. this eBook shows the promise of Apple technologies and it is EXTREMELY impressive. Books starts off with a 20 minute video overviewing each chapter of the eBook - I knew at that point I was in for something cutting edge and better. 2 types of eBooks can be read on an iPad - ePub and a new type that is called multi touch. EPub on an iPad is like reading on a computer - you see the videos, you swipe with 4 fingers going from the book back to the videos. This ebook is a new improved standard called multi touch that is unique to Apple's iPad. For the right type of books - like a travel eBook - it is the only way to go and the new standard everyone will prefer once they are exposed to it. The author has generously provided a FREE 100 page sample version that anyone can download. It goes by WIFI into your iBooks app on you iPad and it is in the Books section. If you buy the book - it was $7.99 then it updates that version to the full version. The Author uses a new convention under each chapter - the number of pages, videos. pictures and interactive trivia questions that appear in software at the end of that chapter. There are also slideshows in 5 chapters. The trivia questions are very cool. Chapter 11 had 47 questions..its more like a quiz and the software tests you if you got it right or wrong....it was fun and cool. In many ways this is really 2 books. One is fun animals, sports and things to do and see in Panama optimized for this new unique and very impressive Apple multi touch software. The other more profound and unique book builds a compelling case that in 2012 people should shop around for value in a country like they do buying a product online. Panama offers many types of visas that will meet most people's needs and these allow people to live, work or retire in Panama. The author makes the case that a 2nd citizenship is not required and most people can live part of the year in America or Europe and part of the year in Panama. I've spent years evaluating different countries in Central America and never dug up all of the stuff the economic this author has dug up that makes a very strong economic case for retiring, visiting or buying a home in Panama.

Excellent Read. This is an excellent, and quick read. Totally, worth it especially if your going to panama or looking to move there.

Fantastic ebook on Panama. Wow! This book should not be free! Great information, and very comprehensive. Love the links to the You Tube videos. A must "buy" if you are planning a trip to Panama.

The author has combined great economic research with persuasive arguments and analysis that the Republic of Panama is increasingly in a class by itself economically and for foreigners to visit and relocate. He then proceeds to explain why this makes Panama the #1 choice for American, Canadian and European tourists, retirees, expats, medical tourists and business people. I came away very impressed and intrigued by Panama...the author sells Panama extremely well. This ebook has all the latest bells and whistles and showcases Apple's new iPad and ebook technology very well. There are 32 videos of just the exotic birds of panama. A masterful job at persuasion from a skilled marketer /author. Using the latest technologies to interest and then persuade plane loads of foreigners to visit Panama and perhaps subsequently relocate is more effective on a multi media ebook than a website. Is this the beginning of a trend in travel?

Amazing multi media book on Panama. You read and watch this multi media book. I Used my Apple TV so I watched the videos on my big television. It’s nice to escape virtually to the tropical paradise of Panama in the cold winter. The author provides exhaustive third-party sources to save your time I’m doing your due diligence on the country of Panama. For snowbirds and people that are looking for a travel or retirement book written by a person offering sophisticated economic analysis this fits the bill perfectly.

Most impressive travel book I have ever read and is optimized for an iPad.. This ebook was published using a new Apple software program that enables interactive trivia questions, slide shows etc. It combines fun things with serious economic matters that make a very compelling case for Panama that neither I, nor anyone else I know, knew about concerning the Republic of Panama. Its very apparent that Panama has a great deal going for it if you are looking for place to retire or visit that is safe. The Martinelli national government appear to be very clever at economic development. Their results are spectacular. There sis a new permanent residency visa my wife and I can use that enables us to work part time from Panama or we can graduate to their retirement visa in a few years from now when we can finally check out of the rate race which provides discounts on most things in Panama. The ebook has the most impressive and unique capabilities I have ever seen in any book. I loved how you can swipe with 4 fingers and alternate between the videos and the ebook - so fluid and so well executed. It also will mirror onto your TV and you can listen in stereo - now THAT is impressive to see. To do that you have to own a $99 Apple TV device and it mirrors what s on your iPad. Kids loved watching the animals and surfers. I love how you can make notes and cards and email them to people to plan a trip or share parts of the eBook that you liked the most. Apple is brilliant and it looks like they have knocked the ball out of the ball park yet again with the new software that authours can now use to create vastly superior eBooks which provide a much more immersive experience. It kind of virtually exploring Panama from your chesterfield while having a drink….loved it - its true entertainment. There are over 60 videos of the animals of Panama - my favorite two are the Harpy Eagle snatching a sloth out of a tree and flying off with it for dinner and the Humpback whales singing on the surface while doing cartwheels. On Page 1 of the ebook the authour says…that this ebook is less something you read than a looking glass you step into like Alice in the book Alice in Wonderland to hear the sights and sounds of tropical paradise far, far away…truer words were never spoken.
