Good book. I am a Calculus AB / BC teacher and I've been using Rita Korsunsky Interactive lectures for one in year in teaching so far. After using these interactive lectures, the AP scores of students went up about 30%. They are very visual with many different types of examples to help students understand the concepts and apply them to different types of problems. It saves me time whenever I have to go over the previous day's homework with my students. It is fun, rigorous, and engaging of students. With this book published, I hope my students will download it and improve their skills even more. I'm very excited that Mathboat is now offering a teacher's edition, and I'm going to buy it to use in my lesson planning. I love how this book is good for both teachers and students, and I highly recommend it.

Clearly explained lessons!. I have been a math tutor for 23years. This book is a great learning tool for me and my students. The slides are easy to understand. Each tap brings out the next line or equation, so you can absorb the information one line or equation at a time. Ms. Korsunky's use of color, highlighting and boxing of important points make this a very clear presentation. Each section of text includes well worked examples. I'm looking forward to her next book!

Great interactive lessons!. I wanted to fully understand the calculus concepts before moving on to the next lesson at school and I thought this was a great book to help me do just that. I felt that this interactive book gave me the solid foundation that I needed in order to be confident and ready for class the next day. The practice problems in the lectures were also extremely helpful and answered many of my questions! These lectures were not only interactive, but also extremely concise and to the point, which made it even more easier for me to grasp the concepts. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a solid foundation in the basic concepts of calculus before moving on to the next level.

Terrific lectures. Ms. Korsunsky was my AP Calculus BC teacher, and her interactive lectures were absolutely terrific. She provides excellent explanations of all concepts and several examples to further help students understand. Almost our entire class got 5's on the AP exam, and I largely attribute that to Ms. Korsunsky's lectures.

Great Supplement!. This book has been a great source of supplementary explanation and education! I'm currently enrolled in a Calc BC class and Ms.Korsunsky's book has been helping me along in this fairly fast pace class. Great tool for anyone looking to get a better understanding of the material covered and REALLY do well on tests and quizes...

The most helpful book I know!!!!!. As a student of Ms Korsunsky, I strongly recommend this book to everyone who tries to do well in Calculus class!!!!! Ms Korsunsky is the most experienced math teachers I have had and 99% of her class got 5(the full score) on the AP Cal BC test!!! This book contains all her class power points which provide you with detailed step-by-step explanations of each problems and proofs for important !!!!!!!! This book has helped me tremendously and I really want you guys to benefit from it as well!

Captivating and effective. I used this book over a year ago, and I still remember every single calculus concept it covered. It also helped me get a 5 on the AP Calculus BC test. It's such an effective teaching tool that I didn't even know that I was learning when my class used this book and ppt series. The problems were challenging, engaging, and interesting. I'd definitely recommend this book to anybody who wants to learn calculus.

Fantastic book. As someone who took calculus already, this book served as an excellent refresher of my memory. The interactive pages really helped me relearn the concepts and the artwork is cute but not distracting. I would highly recommend this book for anybody who is learning calculus or has already taken it.

More interactivity. The use of one note and the intuitive explanations are good and easy to understand. For the price, it should include more interactivity with a greater content engagement.

Most helpful, easy-to-understand, and fun calculus book out there!. I was a student in Mrs. Korsunsky's highly enjoyable, successful Pre-Calculus and AP Calculus BC classes, and I assure you that her PowerPoints are some of the most informative, knowledgeable, helpful, engaging, and entertaining lectures I've ever experienced! Mrs. Korsunsky makes learning calculus undaunting, fun, and even easy! There is no need to fear the AP Calculus AB exam if you make use of this wonderful interactive textbook. This book is neatly and clearly organized, with plenty of colorful and cute cartoons/animations that make math a lot more fun than expected. For example, Mrs. Korsunsky's "Happy and Sad Face method" for learning concavity and the Second Derivative Test is very easy to remember and makes learning derivatives extremely clear and logical, especially for first time calculus learners. I also really enjoy how the lectures are self-directed, and each individual user can determine the pace at which he or she learns. When going through the PowerPoints, students can click through the slides however quickly or slowly they like and spend more time on the topics they find most difficult. Most of the slides are accompanied by interactive graphs or diagrams that illustrate the concepts, which I find crucial to successfully learning calculus. Besides the academic aspect of this book, AP Calculus Interactive Lectures Vol. 1 is also a testament to the impressive passion and commitment to education and mathematics that Mrs. Rita Korsunsky possesses. I can't think of a better person to learn the wonders of calculus from! Thank you, Mrs. Korsunsky!

Best Preparation Around. There is no question that these interactive lectures will prepare anyone adequately for the AP Calculus BC exam. In every lecture there are concepts with explanations, sample questions, and great visuals. This book quickly allowed me to do calculus with ease and some fun as well. I would give ten stars if I could.

Amazing preparation for the AP Calculus BC exam. This book contains the slideshow notes that cover everything that is on the AP Calculus AB exam in May. The concepts are explained thoroughly and are accompanied by many, many, examples with steps; the examples also are very helpful because they are really similar to the types of questions on the exam. The wording of problems is all based on actual test questions, so they really prepare you for understanding what CollegeBoard is asking for. The lecture notes go over exactly what you should write to score as many points as possible in FRQs too. This book overall is the best type of preparation because it is helpful but won't waste your time!

Great Resource!. These powerpoint presentations helped me so much in learning Calculus and preparing for the AP exam. They made complicated and abstract concepts easy to understand, not only helping solve problems, but also teaching the essence of Calculus. Best AP Calculus Prep Book. Everything in this book is very organized, and the progression of content complexity is perfect as well; before I knew it, I was able to understand and solve problems with topics that I had never even heard of before. Ms. Korsunsky explains each concept very clearly, with many nice visuals and diagrams, and utilizes a variety of examples to help students apply these concepts to a variety of problems. I would highly, highly recommend this book! (The design is cute too!)

Awesome. I was taught by Mrs. Korsunsky using lectures from this book and my class passed the ap exam with 99% of us getting 5’s. This book has really useful examples and problems similar to those that you will encounter on the ap test. After this book I didn’t need anything else to prep for the ap exam.

Having been in Mrs. Korsunsky's class last year, my class was exposed to similar powerpoints that were comprehensive and easy to understand. Amazing. When looking through this interactive book, I found myself immediately refreshed with all the concepts that I had learned back in calculus. The animations are smooth, the step by step instructions are great, and the key points are illustrated well. In addition, there is a cute story behind the characters that make things more interesting and fun to read. All in all, this book is great for learning calculus.

Great Lectures - clear and easy to follow. I was one of Rita Korsunsky's students and for the AP test, I used her lectures to study all the concepts for review and to clear my questions. I recieved a 5 on the AP exam and I could not have done it without these lectures. All of her lectures contain logical steps which I can follow. They are organized and planned in such a fashion that there are no missed steps along the way for any of the concepts. I really appreciate that all of these books are open to me as a resource to visit whenever I need to review my calculus.

Perfect AP calculus test prep. As a student who finds math a nightmare, this book was perfect for easing my worries and preparing me. It prepared me to get a 5 on the AP calc test. The book comes in a series of digestible lecture style text with all of the problems and examples the ap test covers.

Good choice!. At the beginning of this math year i was struggling a lot with my calculus class and everything seemed so foreign and so in hopes I bought this book to help me understand and it makes me understand everything so much more than before! Without it I would probably still be lost and maybe even failing. I totally recommend this book who is lost in the world of calculus, because I am sure you will find your way with Ms. Rita!! Amazing interactive lessons!. The Best Calculus Prep Book. I just finished taking the AP Calculus BC course as well as the AP test and I can say that this book prepared me very well. The lectures cover every possible topic that will show up on the AP test and do a very good job of ensuring that you understand the content. EXCELLENT!!. I've personally had Mrs. Korsunsky as a teacher and she teaches wonderfully. Amazing comprehensive review. Ms. Korsunsky’s power point presentations are phenomenal in every aspect. Not only do they go over the exact type of questions asked on the AP exam, but they also include in-depth explanations of the quickest way to solve these problems. They also include many diagrams and examples to really explain the fundamental concepts that are neccesaary for the subsequent set of advanced problems. After I practiced watching these lectures, my understanding has deepened and my speed at answering the questions has risen greatly.
