OSI 7 Layer Model is Awesome. This book is awesome and really breaks downn each layer for a layman to understand.

Electronic computer engineer. This a great doctoral on the 7 layers of the OSI. Great explanations on each layer great work.

Good info, but errors. The information is good, but there are several errors throughout. Someone should, at a minimum, run spell checker.

Easy to follow. I am an IS student and I really struggled to understand this concept. This is very clearly written and does not use pretentious language.

A few imperfections but a great guide for beginners and cert takers. When specifying the difference between the devices on layer 1 and 2 there was no explanation as to what the layer 2 device is which could confuse readers but it's just an minor flaw in the documentation. Totally worth reading this is my favorite little pocket guide now! 5 stars for the author

OSI. It’s a very good book for the beginners who wants to know about OSI Layer model, and the information that is provided is very easy to understand.

Good starting point. This book is providing you with enough explaining to understand networking technologies. However, it would need some refresh in the examples to be more in line with how we use networks today (mobile devices, objects, computers are not alone anymore.

Great book. This book is fantastic. It helped me get through my CCNA and I can now cure cancer.

A good introduction for OSI model. This booklet is a good introduction for how Network communication is performed by explaining each layer and its purpose. It's just an overview booklet though if you are looking for understanding the OSI model in depth this isn't the thing you are looking for.

Nothing more, nothing new. The decription of Layer 5 and Layer 6 is too simple and not easy for a newbie to understand from a clear perspective.
