Full of misinformation. This book is written by someone with NO medical degree who just wants to spread 'false hope' to gullible women who can't seem to get over themselves. And before the haters start hating, yes I've had a m/c and I survived without naming, memorializing,and without curling up in a fetal position and wishing the world to end. The advice in this book has no scientific basis. She incorrectly discusses the amount of time sperm live, as well as how many days it takes for spermatogenesis to occur. Intercourse every day for 4 days is not going to get you pregnant faster. Neither is cough syrup. Wasting money on ovulation test strips are just that...a waste of money. Do yourself a favor, skip the book full of wives tales and snake oil and seek medical advice from a licensed physician.

Best TTC book ever!. I have read a lot of books and nothing breaks down trying to get pregnant like this. This book tells you the facts, gives you a plan and explains why it works while still letting you know, you aren’t crazy for worrying. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. It helped put my mind at ease and hopefully Someday soon I will be able to say it helped bring me a baby.
