Great book.. Finally, a book that cuts through all the mush. Simple and straight forward with solid information on nutrition. The article on the myths of dieting and food values was excellent. Wish you could print portions of the book.

Good eats!. Great recipes without going out of your way searching for the food or breaking the bank to eat healthy...... and enjoy it! I recommend anybody looking for good eats to read this book.

Muscle meals. Very easy to read and understand. Informative and to the point.

Quick and to the point. Loved the read. Was quick and simple. The recipes are how I like them, one page. The tips are straight forward and I enjoyed the education on types of fats, proteins etc and when to eat what and why. The glycemic index was sinkmy explained snd that ha shelled too. Thanks :)

Tasty recipes. Great book! There's a lot of helpful advise to point you in a good direction for a healthy diet. It cleared up a lot of myths I hear people blab about in the gym! I've spent 3 yrs in the gym I'm 21 Bench 305 Good job man!

Spot on!. This book is spot on with everything I learned about muscle building and nutrition while I was in school at the National Personal Training Institute! He makes it easy for most to understand and yet still makes sense and reiterates information to those who are already aware of everything. Great book! Can't wait to take it around with me to clients houses. :)

Exactly what I wanted!!. GREAT book! I am a terrible cook in general, and even more so when trying to make something tasty AND healthy. I was absolutely that person that just ate plain brown rice, chicken breast, and broccoli everyday with no variety and found myself miserable all the time! This book couldn't have been more perfect. Easy recipes galore. As a former collegiate athlete I'm well aware of the importance of a good diet in order to be competitive on the field. Many dieting books are misleading and filled with recipes and information that are neither healthy nor have any scientific backing. Michael's expertise and experience shines through in this well organized and enjoyable read. I highly recommend this for anyone who is a serious bodybuilder or just looking to improve their overall health and fitness with a proper meal plan.

If your hungry for success you'll be starving for this. Excellent starter for any diet/build plan with all the important facts and figures crunched into simple terms.

Good stuff. This is one of the few books that I have read in a long time that explains the myths of losing/gaining weight in a simplified way. Good advice about why I have probably struggled with gaining weight as its all about eating the right foods at the right time ie. eat fast protein G.I foods before/after workouts. Can't wait to start my new training regime and following some of the recipes.

Good book. I was impressed by the simple explanation of concepts such as the glycaemic index, and common pitfalls of dieting/bulking. I was less impressed by the recipes, as someone who has never even heard of tarragon. Yours sincerely, The bemused bulker

Muscle meals. Wow what a great book..thank you, easy to understand. Can now proceed with confidence to grow muscle and maintain my weight. Love how you explain the importance of daily protein, carbs and fat intake as well as correct daily portion for individuals. Recipe looking quiet good too!

Love this book and it really works.. Downloaded this book because it's free on the store. Then again.. I decided to have a look and read it since I am trying to keep myself healthy. Not trying to lose weight neither trying to gain weight as I am happy with what I have achieve from doing cycling and swimming once a week. The hard part is maintaining what I have achieved and that's where the book is helping me. With the diets suggested and the recipes on the book which are quite easy to make and still tasty helped me a lot. If you wanted to stay healthy and fit but don't have a clue on how to do it especially with what you eat.. you will end up eating bland tasteless food. So try reading this book for a change.

Too many health books provide you with a heap of writing that by the time it gets to the information you think you are looking for can be quite overwhelming & you are left wondering if you actually got your questions answered or just a heap more questions are raised.
