The Selection: The Elite by: Keira Cass. There aren't enough words to describe how amazing this book is. The book, and the series, are by far my favorite. I have read this book at least 10 times, it is my favorite of the series. Now I am a big fan of the Harry Potter books as well as all of the classics but this book beats all of those by at least 10 points .If you like fantasy, futuristic, the classics, a little romance, and a BIG twist then this is the book for you.

GREAT!. I love this book! This book is amazing although the arguing throughout the book got EXTREMELY annoying I loved the way the characters went through hardships but I the end got through it!

KIERA PLEASE READ MY COMMENT LOVE YOUR SERIES. I know Kiera Class will not see this but if you see her show this to her ;) this series is what I have been reading. It took me 2 days to read all 3 books from Americas perspective, and I must say they are the BEST books I have ever read, I just kept getting rapped up in the moment when something bad was happening I would get the shivers and when something good was napping it was as if there was a rainbow was above my head my face was literally smiling I ended up re reading the page all over again. I would KILL for more books and a MOVIE of all of the books... I have been searching to see if there was actually a movie because YouTube made it seem like there was and I am VERY DISSAPOINTED that there is no movie. Like I said before Kiera will most likely not see this but I decided to suggest a movie anyways:) I've tried to contact her but it didn't work that is ok. I honestly love these books, they are my life right. Is... So if you know her PLEASE share this comment with her:) I know I have left this review on all the other books but I want to get noticed and would LOVE a movie.. Get ready for the history of Illeá’s secrets, Celeste’s Manipulation, a new crush of Maxon, A trial that holds Marlee’s secret, Kriss becoming a favorite?, America’s discoveries of different secrets and love and the king turning out to be good or evil? What’s the real purpose for the rebel attacks? Read this amazing to find out!!

Sooo good!. This book is great! A bit frustrating at times with America, but she learns her lessons and knows what she wants by the end. This book had me on the edge of my seat, cracking up, and sincerely touched all at once. I’m so glad I found this series once it was already published. I’m starting the next one now!

Would read over and over and over again!. This is one of my favorite books. It has everything that someone could want in a book. This book had me squealing of excitement and groaning for other characters. It still has your favorite best friend and the mean girl that you just downright hate. This book has many plot twists to keep you on your toes. Can't help but fall in love with this series.

Addictive. I hate how America got so confused and kind of dependent on Prince Maxon throughout this whole book. And I hate how Maxon fell for another girl! This book made me so angry but I still love the story. I get butterflies just thinking about this story lol. Also, sometimes Maxon makes me so angry I want her to go back to Aspen.

AHHHHH. THIS BOOK MAKE ME FEEL EMOTIONAL. I REALLY WANTED ASPEN TO DIE IN THE REBEL ATTACKS (sorry, not sorry) IT STRESSES ME OUT, MAXON WILL FIND OUT AT SOME POINT. AND OH MY GOSH DON'T GET ME STARTED ON CELESTE (how in the world do you pronounce that? I feel like it's sel-es-tee) GAHH SHE IS A JERK, WHY HASN'T MAXON KICKED HER OUT YET?! AMERICA AND MAXON'S RELATIONSHIP MAKES ME STRESSED GUYS. THEY NEED TO BE TOGETHER BUT THEY KEEP DOING STUPID STUFF LIKE KISSING OTHER PEOPLE *cough America cough maxon. IT KILLS ME BUT I LOVE IT. WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER RIGHT? I GOT SO INTO MAXON + AMERICA'S RELATIONSHIP I GOT ANGRY AND CRIED WHEN THE THING WITH CELESTE AND MAXON HAPPENED. AND KRISS REALLY PISSES ME OFF OKAY. MAXON IS SUPPOSED TO LOVE AMERICA FOREVER AND ALWAYS, NOT KRISS. But yeah it's a great book. You should read it. I read it in a day I was so freaking good. Well done Kiera Cass. Good but not like the first. It is a good novel. It brings to light the dark side of the Illean government and the twisted side of politics. In my opinion, this book is focused more on developing that part of the story and not so much in the love triangle between Maxon, Aspen, and America. It seems that this book was dedicated to build up and give the readers some background story for the big finale. It is worth reading though.

Love love loved it!. I completely loved the Elite. I read the first one and fell in love with it. I begged my dad to buy the next one and finished the Elite at 9:30 that very same night. It was so good! There is a bit more confusion between Maxon America and Aspen, but I like it. It kept me on the edge on my seat. America has feelings for Maxon, but is unsure whether or not she is fit to be Queen. This causes some problems between Maxon and America, but Maxon is so sweet he lets her work it out. I also loved how bold and brave America was. She was ready to risk her life for her friend when no one else did anything. She is my role model. I love how she speaks her mind. She doesn't want to be the queen who just sits by and does nothing. She wants to change the world. This book won me over and I don't even read romance novels. The book also uncovers secrets about the history of Illea and the relationship Maxon has with his father. This book may have its ups and downs but I am a fan. Loved it and can't wait to read the next one.

Good. I didn't like this book as much at all. I wanted to shake America through the whole book! She was stupid, jealous, and untrustworthy! She ruined every chance she got! I was hoping in this book Aspen would leave, sadly no. Like always the romance and humor were perfect!! The plot got a little but more interesting in this book. I cried like 10 times!!! I'm hoping America will come to reality in the last book. To me she acted like a child in some parts of the book.

Back and forth frustrating love triangle. Basically, they see women as people who need to be pretty, quiet, and reserved. That’s it- go host a party or somthing. I know they are supposed to be royal but women should be seen differently. And nothing exciting happens really- but I’ll see if I like the last one better. This review seems harsh- but I still recommend reading the book- this is just my opinion

My Opinion. I loved book 2 I just feel like it was a bit Unnecessary, because it’s just America confused about her feelings and them going out and creating a lot of how do I say this trouble ah there we go trouble in this book America does get in a lot of trouble well she’s makes a lot of trouble, and Maxon is dumb for showing her the secret library he knows of much of a trouble maker she can be since like from the beginning of the book. Overall great book loved it. XOXO

Best book ever!!!. I got sick because I didn't sleep at all at night because I COULDN'T BUT THIS AMAZING BOOK DOWN! I hate reading and refuse to read but when I read this book I couldn't but it down. Maybe not with the royalty or romance but I can relate to America. This has to be on my top 5 of best books read!!! If you don't get this you missing out!!!!!! P.s. If the author is reading this I want you to know I love your brain.

SO AMAZING!!. This book is so amazing, but read the first book, the Selection, first. Also get Celeste OUT OF HERE she is so annoying but is also a great “villain image” But how the heck is she still in the competition?? 🤨😲

It was okay. It's a really good book and I loved it, but I found myself skimming over parts I thought really dragged on and were unimportant to the book. She keeps thinking the same things and the same problems come up again and again; it's just very repetitive.

Worth the read. I am invested and think this is a great series so far. The protagonist annoys me a little by omitting information but the overall story is compelling enough for me to continue:)

The Elite by Kierra Cass. I have read this series 3 times and I don’t think the 3rd time will be the last. These books are captivating and the storyline contains depth that you can’t find in a lot of books. There are so many different things that the author is able to connect into one big story that have ultimately made this an excellent read. I definitely recommends his book to anyone who likes romance mixed with suspense mixed with drama. It is a thrilling read.

An interesting series!. The books in this series were all page turners and had me completely wrapped up in Maxon’s and America’s relationship! I loved Aspen in the beginning, but I was rooting for Maxon the whole time! Sooo good! I have read books that have more of a mature or rather poetic type of writing, which I prefer, but this series is definitely on my list of favorites. I encourage you to read it!

Amazing. After reading the first book i couldn’t stop so I had to read this and it just gets better!! I’ve got to be honest i cried while reading this because of some of the things that happen, and i’ve NEVER EVER cried while reading a book, so this was just another great experience for me!!

Hard to put down. The back and forth with America is exhausting but the suspense kept me reading. All in all this was a wonderful sequel and I can't wait to see how the next story goes.

understanding the beauty❤️. I see people commenting about The Selection especially The Elite and how they’re frustrated with this book. If anyone really knows how Kiera writes, they would know it’s not her story she’s telling. Anyone that truely writes from the heart has a character inside their head, screaming to come out. America wanted so desperately for her story to be told, so Keira wrote it. Life isn’t always convenient and for most of this book it is frustrating. Watching America struggle to choose when for some the choice is obvious. i love this book because it’s realistic (even in its setting) because it’s not a perfect fairytale. But because it’s not perfect that makes it’s so much better. Thank you America for sharing your beautiful story!

Marvellous!. This is the second book to the Selection Series! And oh my goodness I finished this book in THREE DAYS! This book is amazing! Read the first one, and then this one! You will not be disappointed! It’s certainly a page turner!

Cash Grab. This is not what you would call a real "series" of books. It's one story broken into many parts that you have to pay and wait separately for. It's a rip off and a total cash grab and for that reason I would NOT recommend it to anyone!

I like this book!. I loved the 1st book the selection, and couldn't wait for this book to come out. I was surprised with how this book went and was a little disappointed with the ending and some other parts too. But overall it was a pretty good book and I am still very excited for the 3rd book, the One to come out.

LOVED IT. So much unexpected drama ! I read it in one setting, I couldn't put the book down...I can't wait for the last book (coming out in Spring 2014).
