Arena two. This is one of the best books I have ever read! I am really excited for arena three. And I really think they should make a movie out if the trilogy!!

Such a good read!. After reading the first book, I couldn’t help but to read the second. Although many grammatical errors that were distracting, I couldn’t put this one down! I’m excited for the third one and I love how the author puts unpredictable twists to each adventure, which constantly keeps me on my toes!

Great read. All of Morgan's books are page turners!! Arena Two is no exception!!! I can hardly wait for the next book in the series!!!!

Next book plzzzzzz. Awesome book

Decent read, but.... The book was okay, with a fair number of issues. (These critiques apply for the whole series). One of the things that annoyed me was the number of typos. This was true for the whole series. One example was using “site” instead of “sight.” Beyond that, there were contradictions and small details that got changed to make the plot work. For me, keeping the small details straight is part of what makes a good book great, and this one failed pretty bad. Beyond that, good books usually have a believable plot; in this series, the number of strokes of luck is honestly a bit annoying. Fourth thing, the whole love triangle with Ben and Logan was just poorly done and had way too much time dedicated to it, and to solve the problem, Logan just died, instead of something like the Hunger Games, where the problem was actually addressed without a cheep cop out. Also, it seems that Logan was based off of Gale in The Hunger Games, and that also detracted from the book. For me, at least, the combo of poorly imitating characters from a good book, the typos, the mixed small details, and the unusual good luck so that the plot could work all added up to give a feeling of a cheep knockoff. Thank goodness it was cheep.

Arena 2. Amazing book. Period. Although very much like The Hunger Games, I could not put this series down. It was a fast pace version of The Hunger Games, and it included biovictims. Can't wait for #3!

Title is fine. I very much enjoyed the book but whoever proofread this book needs to look for another profession — it was utterly distracting to the story because of the numerous, and by that I mean many, many, many errors (wrong spelling, wrong words, wrong punctuation) that sadly took away from the story. These books (the first two for sure as I haven’t yet read the third) need to be reviewed by someone who knows the English language. I am embarrassed for the author to have books with this many mistakes!!!

Arena trilogy. These first 2 books far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't put them down. June can't come fast enough for me to start reading the third book. Keep it up Morgan.!

I really want to love it BUT.... I want to love these books....I really do but it is just not happening. The storyline is interesting but for a writer who has such high ratings on a lot of books I would have expected a lot more. I read Arena One and was a bit frustrated with the quality of the writing and just the plain ol' believability of the characters and storyline. I was interested in finding out what was going to happen with the characters though. I hoped that the kinks would have been worked out and the second book would be better. This book resides a bit closer to the realm of even slight possibility but the characters would have to be super human to go through what they do and still survive. Since this book doesn't fall into the Paranormal genre it is a bit of a stretch. The writing...wow...is there someone editing these books? I LOVE the fact that eBooks have paved the way for more and more authors to be self-published and to more quickly get books on the market. Those books still need to be readable and relatively free of typos. I have run across some incredible self-published authors (Lindsay Buroker is my absolute all time favorite!) but this author is not meeting the mark at this point. I only read this book out of a bit of curiosity and because I could read it for free on Scribd (I am enjoying a 3-month free subscription). I wouldn't pay for it. Also, I am writing this review because I believe that a lot of authors actually take what we say to heart and make the next book better. Also, Morgan Rice offers a free book if you submit a review. Time to give this author a chance in a different series. Maybe it will be better (I sure hope so because I will be brutally honest in my review).

Great book but.... I couldn’t put it down and it really is a great book except for the amount of miss spelled words and confusing context such as when it stated that Brooke picked the bow as her weapon and Ben grabbed the spear.

Arena 2. Awesome, I couldn’t put it down!

Even more typos than Arena 1. It’s hard to believe, but there are even more typos in this book! SO FRUSTRATING. I always finish books I purchase but this one was really hard for me. I feel bad for the author because the editing is a reflection on him/her. Would have enjoyed the series so much more with proper proofing.

Good book. The book has a pretty decent story line and fairly plausible. It's exciting and keeps you reading. The character development is also good without bogging the reader down with too many details. Although the fight scenes are are good and descriptive the reader must be able to suspend reality in order to get through them without the hesitation of "oh, c'mon now". Young readers will surely enjoy this read, while older readers may have a little more difficulty with suspension of reality. As another reviewer pointed out, Morgan Rice needs an editor or someone to catch the errors and typos. As a reader of her 17 books in the Sorcerer's Ring, I can tell you that it seems no one is reading her books for typos and grammatical errors. Overall, however, it's a good, exciting, quick read.

Great Story. Really enjoying this series but please, please fix the multitude of errors and mistakes. Did anyone actually proof read this? And why does the author keep getting Brooke mixed up with Bree? The one-eyed dog that suddenly has two eyes...then one eye once again must be a shape shifter, right? Just saying. Very sloppy work on an otherwise great story. Please fix it. Hope the next one is better.
