Terrific Read. Lauren Royal is a true wordsmith. Her characters, settings, plot, dialogue, and love scenes are perfect. She portrays the time period with incredible accuracy. A real page turner! Thank you Lauren for another terrific book.

Tempting Juliana. This was the most delightful book I have read in a while! Juliana's meddling got her into a pretty big pickle and it took some work for everything to turn out right. She would get herself into some very humorous situations but she always came out smelling like a rose. I enjoyed every page of it!

Tempting Juliana by Lauren Royal. Loved the characters and how they interacted with each other. The medical issues that had to be dealt with in the 1800’s were very life altering and made the story that much more interesting. A definite five star read.

Can't help myself. I am addicted to Ms Royal's books. These stories are so rewarding--the characters are believable and endearing, and the books don't just quit at a simple "happy ever after" point once the main characters declare their love for each other. Very satisfying. I've already started the third volume in this trilogy, although I am sad at the prospect that I will soon have read all of Ms Royal's books available in iBooks... Fingers crossed there is another trilogy in the making for me to look forward to!

Irritating. I absolutely adore Lauren’s books. I love all the Chases. Unfortunately, this one takes a great deal of time before the story properly starts: Julianna really is a frustrating character. When tou think she finally stops playing, she gets back to her old tricks... Because I love Lauren’s books so much, I kept on reading, but I have been tempted more than once just to let it go. Since I want to understand the insights on the last book of the Regency series, I got through it. In short, good story but plays with your patience.
