Wow!! That was unexpected. Great book. Just finished 314 Book 3. Reminds me of something Christopher Nolan would do. Like Momento I’m amazed by the authors work and how he kept everything together and released just enough to the reader to slowly piece together all the clues and keep it highly entertaining too. The story goes round and round and back and forth and looks at different scenes from many different angles revealing info along the way making this an exciting and fun read. I didn’t know of the author before I read book 1 and could t wait to purchase book 2 and 3. I’m glad I did. A couple times I didn’t know how the author was going to push the story forward but it did in fascinating ways blending Albert Einstein, the Philadelphia Experiment, and a fat drug addict into one part horror story (the first book was more graphic and disturbing than the rest) part history lesson and all fun. Highly recommend. If you like classic Stephen King or Clive Barker with a great story but from a different style from a great author that I’ll be reading the next book when I figure out which one. To the reviewer who mentioned it’s redundant. No it’s not. It repeats scenes but they are always different from different perspectives from different characters. The parts that repeat are full of plot twists as you peel away the different layers of the story. It’s never exactly the same and it’s done in an entertaining way. As for the reviewer who refused to read (but had no problem writing a review) because of the title. You’re an idiot and you’re missing out. Did I mention your an idiot

314. Great book. Only thing I don't like is the ending - where do I get the next book??

👍🏻👍🏻. I really enjoyed this book. I couldn't put it down and ended up reading it in just a few hours which unfortunately means I'm not getting much sleep tonight. It was such a unique story line. Unlike anything I usually read.

314. Save the time and read something else

Great Read. As an avid reader I find myself reading so many types of stories set in different genres. This was a fluid story that felt like it truly was unfolding with every page. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great read- on the the next one....

Refreshingly good. I haven't read a good book in a long time. At first I was skeptical but then I couldn't stop reading. I would rate this book 314 stars ;)

Stop whining. This is an amazing trilogy. If you don’t like gore, thriller and the supernatural, don’t read it. IT S A TRILOGY. Of course you’re gonna have questions after the first and second book. THAT IS WHY THERE ARE 3 BOOKS. it’s meant to be like that. As you keep reading, you start to put the puzzle together. Read the author’s note. This is literally the way the author wrote the book, so we can piece everything together. Now stop whining and read the rest or don’t.

Fantasy trilogy!. I found this book through Book Bub and I will be reading the rest of his stuff as well. I just finished the trilogy and it was a fun read. I couldn't stop reading. Do yourself a big favor and download the whole trilogy!

Creepy!. I love horror and seldom get creeped out or scared, but this book gave even me nightmares! Loved it!!!

Read it!. Oh my gosh the love the passion the GORE! Ughh the story itself is soo good A.R Wise is a genius, he really makes you feel like your going in circles!(you’ll get it in the end!) I was soo shocked how much I truly loved this book. 10/10 recommend I’ve been telling everyone to read it since I picked it up!

Where's the next book?. This was a great horror book. It left on a cliff hanger so now I gotta find the other 2 books to finish. This should be made into a movie.

314. It got a little boring. Each chapter changed from 16 years past to present. A little hard to keep up with. Read like a child's book. Very bad ending. Just leaves you hanging. Just stops with no ending at all. Wasted my time.

Page Turner. The story was good a bit confusing. I didn't understand if the characters died or lived at the end. Also a bit confused about the green light and fog and how it relates to Ben Overall good bone chilling story.

Masterpiece. I honestly need to see this as a movie. The imagery had me seeing everything in detail as if I were there. This book is a perfect example of how important detail is. I just finished like 2 min ago so I’m still stunned by the ending and have no words, if you don’t like scary stories, don’t read this lol the details perfectly depict every horror that occurs and that is what makes this story a masterpiece.

Not worth your time. Left reader hanging with promises of answers in next book. All it left were more questions. That stinks and I won’t be reading any more of Wise’s books.

Loved it!!. Great book! I’ve been reading horror stories for decades now. The first horror story I read was The Shining when I was 12. I’m almost 50 now and this book has all the elements a good horror story needs. I highly recommend it!

Rivals Clive Barker. Wow. I was extremely, and pleasantly surprised by this book. The gory details dig in like a Stephen King or Clive Barker novel. The characters were developed very nicely. And the story is new. Unlike a lot of other independent authors I've been reading lately. The circular patterns the author was trying to create were felt. Can't wait to read the next one.

314. I have never read a book like this before. I gave it a five simply because the writer did an excellent job keeping the book interlinked with all the characters. I had picked up on the ending about three chapters before the end. What scary minds some writers have!

Awesome !. This my friends was quite a wild ride. I almost gave up several times during the first part but I'm glad I didn't. The more I read the more I felt like I was reading my favorite author Stephen King. If you're into King you will definitely enjoy this. I highly recommend it !

Kept me guessing. I almost always predict the endings to books and movies. It is rare when I am kept guessing. I really enjoyed 314....it also proved to be quite a page turner.

Thrills and Chills. A thrilling read that left you in a constant loop of who you could and could not trust. An amazing way to spend a weekend or two. Especially if you could use some chills.

314. I looked at the title and thought this author has no imagination even for the title. It irked me to the point I had no desire to read the book. It could be a great book but why would anyone choose a title not likely to cause the reader to take a look.

The Definition of Redundant. There is so much unnecessary and repetitive information in this book. I can legit skip a few paragraphs and not miss any relevant info. Information is literally repeated three or four times. I definitely do not recommend.

Nice premise!. I enjoyed this very much. The switching back and forth wasn't tedious. Interesting concept.

Reader146. Slow reading at first and a bit confusing between 1996 and 2012. Only in the end did it come together. Overall pretty good, if you stick with it.

I couldn't put it down.. Just when you think you know what's going on it changes. This is so eerie and suspenseful I couldn't put it down. I love main characters with their eccentricities, flaws, and addictions. It's a roller coaster ride I'm ready to take again in the next book.

Wow!. This is my first time reading this author and I loved his book! I am about to buy the next two! This was a great read and I was definitely pulled into the story.

Stephen King, Move Over!. This was brilliant. It is such gripping horror that I had nightmares—during the day! Each main character is well fleshed out (and, when you read this book, you will see how apt that phrase is). Each peripheral character is given enough depth in a sentence or two that you feel as though you have truly met someone. Both the setting and plot are just as good. I found the theme a bit elusive, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out. I am looking forward to reading more by this writer.

For the author. When your reading a story, or when I read a story rather, you picture in your head the imagery of the surroundings, the characters, the everything that the story revolves around. It’s easy to lose focus on what’s happening if every time you read the actions in the story and you can’t picture who or what is going on because the picture in your head isn’t focused subconsciously. This is my 3 book from A.R. Wise and I never have this problem. From the scenery to the characters from the sounds of chattering teeth and the tone of voice from our main characters. I’ve even joined the fan club and expressed this enjoyment to the author himself and to my pleasant surprise he was has graciously accepted my appreciation and shared his own for my gratitude. I hope all who read this receive the same enjoyment as I have
