So funny and so hot!. This book is like Will and Grace funny with the cuteness of What's Your Number and the naughtiness of Sex in the City. This had me crying laughing and kinda hot and bothered at the same time. Great!

Consider me banged!. This is the first book I read of Clayton’s and when I tell you I insisted on each one of my friends reading this, I kid you not. This story has some of the warmest, lightheartedly intelligible characters in any book I’ve ever read (..and boy do I.) I was sad to read the last of the series but overwhelmed with that joy you get when something magical just happened in your life. Incredible story. Don’t ever stop writing Alice Clayton and thank you for your beautiful words.

Love it. I absolutely love the way this author writes with a sense of humor and pop relevance. She sets the bar high for other writers. Amazing work! Loved it! Can't wait for the next book!

WARNING! This book will cause massive fits of hysteria. Do not read this book if you have anything planned for the next 24 hours because you simply will not be able to put this down. Do not finish this book at 3am when everyone else is asleep because surely when Caroline gets her climax so do you, and it's entirely impossible to have bouts of silent heaving fits of laughter. I'm quite sure I not only woke my own family with my hushed but exuberant "HEE HEE HHEEEE!"s, but my neighbors as well. Not only that....freaking out my own cat in my lap by sputtering soda all over him while reading the famous "cat on the back" scenario. Even now I'm having giggle aftershocks. This girl can write. Trust me, you're in for a treat.

Absolutely brilliant. I could not stop laughing and did not want to put this down. It's just such a happy book... The writing style is so captivating and light hearted. I just absolutely love this book! I haven't even finished reading yet but still felt compelled to write a review already- with how this first half has been the book can do no wrong. It's spectacular.

Great Book. Great book. A little longer then it needed to be but still a great read.

Delicious and funny. Great combination for a great romance.. Simon: male neighbor who is banging against the wall in the early morning hours. While in town he has women he calls over for sex. He is a freelance photographer. Simon can also hear what is going on in Caroline's bedroom. He travels around the country for his job. He is a good looking and nice guy. He is friends with Benjamin who is married to Julian. Caroline is an Interior designer. Moved into a new apartment. Gets woken up every morning to banging on the walk and women shouting Simon's name and him spanking them. She is unable to achieve an O from herself. She is having a dry spell. She's become a peeping tom trying to catch a glimpse of Simon through the peep hole when the girls leave in the morning. She likes to bake and cook. Do not read this while hungry because the food scenes will make you crave food. She's on a dating sabbatical. She keeps having sexy dreams of her and Simon. I love that Caroline is a strong and confident character. The story is about Caroline who lives in San Francisco and works for her boss Julian as an interior designer. Well it's a small world because it turns out that Julian and Benjamin know Simon. At one of there parties everyone meets each other. Julian in the past had always wanted to set Simon up with Caroline and here they meet by being neighbors. There is some funny banter that goes on between all characters. Some texting dialogue that's pretty funny, but confusing trying to keep track of all the characters. A truce has been called between Simon and Caroline. I like how the walls are so thin that when Simon plays music Caroline can listen to it as well. It becomes their thing, Simon asking what kind of music she would like to hear tonight. I love the sexual tension and teasing between the two of them. Sometimes what you want and need are staring at you in the face. So swoon worthy. Makes you wish you had an easy relationship where two people compliment each other. I love on the drive home from Tahoe everyone is talking to themselves. I can picture those little conversation boxes above there heads. The conversation with herself regarding O was hilarious. I have never read anything funnier in my life. I liked the unconventional way Caroline and Simon met. Who would not have a moment after that introduction?

So painfully repetitive. This book could have been 300 pages shorter. Same conflict over and over. It becomes boring. Also, girl, just get yourself a vibrator. Problem solved.

Absolutely amazing!!!!. Loved this book! Their story was just so good. The author kept me laughing and smiling the whole time. The ending was great :)

Hilarious but short. This was such a great book. Well written and hilarious. But as an avid reader, it only took me 2 days to finish. I wish it could have lasted as long as Simon.

Finally!. It seems all the books I've read recently are either poorly written, barely edited, or filled with unrealistic characters. What a relief—and a pleasure—it was to read Wallbanger! This book is smart, funny, and engaging. The characters actually get to know each other, and like each other, before they end up in bed. What a concept! Wallbanger is the best combination of rom-com, straight-up, no-kink sex, and heartwarming love story. I've already downloaded another Alice Clayton book, and plan to put her on my Favorite Authors list!

What's with the hype. Ok, do I read the sample and it didn't pique my interest so I didnt buy it but, a couple of my fav authors suggested it so I bought it. Well, I don't get the hype it's an ok book but not that great.

Good story but not for the price. Overall, this story was cute. But that’s about it. If you’re looking to find a book with intense, hot passion, I would not recommend this one. Honestly, I felt sort of ripped off by having to pay ten bucks for this story when it definitely should have been two or three dollars. I don’t know, maybe it’s because I’m used to reading more dark, mature content with a hot alpha male, but this book was like reading about silly teenagers in high school. Even though all the characters were in their mid twenties. I still thought it was sweet but that’s all it was. Sweet. For ten bucks I was definitely expecting something more mature and erotic, and if that’s what you’re looking for too, I would advise you not to buy this book or maybe wait for it to hopefully lower to a more reasonable price.

Not worth the read. God this book drags on! I'm 3/4 the way through and they haven't even had sex yet! What blew my mind even more is how much sexual tension the author put into this book to just not out any sex in it. Not worth the money, or time. And I don't know why anyone is saying this book is funny, I didn't "LOL" once.

Not for me. I bought this book because it was recommended by a friend. I’m honestly not sure who the intended audience is supposed to be because it was a little too “cringe-y” for me when I read it in my early twenties. I might’ve enjoyed it when I was in high school. I agree with another review that it almost reads as if written by a teenager. I had to force myself to finish the book since it was a recommendation from a friend. (The Publishers Weekly review is exactly how I felt about the book.)

Such a great find!. I stumbled across this book and I am so glad I did. What a great story. So amazingly funny. The from the relationship between the girls, Caroline and her boss, and of course Simon Wallbanger and pink nighty girl is everything you want in a book. Great dialog, internal monologues, and even funny text messages. I seriously could read another one all about these characters. Great Job!

I read it through the end because that’s just what I do. I paid $7.99 for this book, and it really wasn’t worth it. So I don’t think I’ll read the next one in the series.

Hilarious and Hot!. 50 Shades ain't nothin! I loved this book. Read it in a day! Started out a little slow but ended up being hilarious. The way Caroline interacted with her posse i could relate to how my girlfriends and I behave. I am not sure a book has made me laugh out loud this much. Bonus: the sex scenes were great and not cheesy. Not one 'oh my' from Caroline (like Anastasia Steele in 50 shades...annoying, get a grip woman!). Highly recommend.

Not worth my time or money.. Poorly written and very predictable with shallow, annoying characters. I made it almost halfway through but had to stop when an entire chapter focused on the boring, nonsensical thoughts of a car full of people. I can’t believe this book has such a high rating!

Review: Cocktail #1: Wallbanger. Wallbanger by Alice Clayton is the hilarious and romantic story of Caroline and Simon. Anonymous neighbors, erstwhile friends, passionate lovers. They run the gamut in this story. Caroline is kept awake almost nightly by her passionate mystery neighbor whose bedroom wall happens to be on the very other side of her bedroom wall. With his string of harem ladies and their bizarre sexual noises (Purina purrs, Giggles giggles, and Spanks liked...) Mr anonymous is keeping the hard-working Caroline up at night and driving her almost human cat, Clive, crazy. Especially when Purina comes over. The kicker is when they realize they share mutual friends and run into each other at a cocktail party. Her wallbanger neighbor is actually Simon the photographer, best friends with her boss's fiancee. Figures. The journey they take, even while right in their apartment building is a funny, romantic, passionate and sweet one you won't want to miss.

Hilarious!. Laugh out loud funny! My only regret with this book is that I didn't read it sooner! I enjoyed this story so much. It's a light and fun read. So refreshing after some of the more intense, deep, and disturbing books I've read lately! Absolutely loved it!!!

Feel good. What a great read. The perfect book to sit down with after a stressful day. But soon comes to realize that she can hear everything that is going on in the bedroom of her neighbor's apartment. After countless nights of having to hear her neighbor entertain women, she’s had enough. Knocking on his door, scantily clad wasn't the smartest idea but when her neighbor answers his door, she is rendered speechless. After gathering herself and giving him an ear full, Caroline feels she is on her way to getting a better night's sleep. “Now you listen here, mister,” I said, trying for a more adult tone. “I’m not going to spend every night listening to you try to crash you girl’s head through my wall with the force of your dick alone!” Simon Parker, aka Wallbanger is sexy, smart, charming and confident. It was whoa.” Our Thoughts Kayla- This book was so brilliantly written. Alice brings to life everything she puts to paper. I could see myself so clearly there with them in every scene. The hilarity and emotion put into every scene was perfect. I never once felt frustrated or betrayed by their characters. Several times I had tears from laughing at the one liners, this is going to be one of those books that I could go back to at any time if I needed a pick me up. An all round exceptional read that I would highly recommend to anyone. Kristy- This book was a ray of light, so different to what I have been reading lately. An amazing book, it was a breath of fresh air, I loved the way Alice brought her character’s together. They didn’t just jump in the sack. They started a friendship, an amusing friendship at that. I love characters like Caroline, the sassiness and banter with Simon had me laughing at times.

Worth all the 5 star ratings!. One of the most enjoyable books I have read in a long time! A delicious weave of romance and humour, with perfectly-flawed characters whom you can't help but cheer for! One of those books I will read over and over!

This book makes flirting sound boring. Clearly those who gave this one a high rating also found "Fifty Shades of Grey" to be clever and well-written. The book is mostly just almost-sex scenes with a few overblown descriptions thrown in to fill pages. It becomes repetitive quickly and doesn't get much better after the first few chapters.
