Perfecto!. I love this book about Jenni and especially because there is no ending. Her life was taken and she is a legend living on through her music! This book is inspirational, sad, happy, made me want to slap at times for her choices, but she was not afraid to claim and fix her mistakes. Jenni wanted to be loved and her family did that unconditionally. My family is the same way, we make mistakes but still love one another and help each other. I enjoyed reading about where she began and how she reached all her goals until she passed. RIP JENNI RIVERA!

Inspiring & Strong Artist. I really enjoyed this book. I have always been a fan of Jenni Rivera but I wasn't aware of all the struggles and sacrifices she went through to get to where she was at. She never gave up in spite of all the struggles & hardship she encountered along the way and she always had a smile on her face. It's sad how such a hard working mother who was in the prime of her success lost her life so young.

Great book!. Personally i'm a huge fan of Jeni. Now that i read her book it helps me get a better perspective about her life and her lyrics make even more sense than ever. I admire the great mother and person she was. I totally recommend this book. I love it!

I unfortunately am not a fan of corridos, but I wanted to read this book because I know Jenni was truly loved by many of my friends...I enjoyed the book and after having read it, I was reminded that Jenni, like any other star, is a human being and lived a hard life just like a lot of us have. I felt for the pain that she lived through and admired her courage for having shared her life story with us. RIP!

Inspirational and Heartbreaking :'(. This is an amazing book. After I started reading it i could not put it down. It felt like she was right in front of me telling me about the things that happened to her step by step. As you read this book you can feel her pain by just the way she words her stories. This book has laughter and crying. It also showed how much she suffered in her life. Her last entry was written 6 days before her death. Very sad that she isnt alive to see how well this book is doing. May she continue to R.I.P. (Rest in paradise).

Wow i loved this book. I never liked reading a book in my life but when i heard jenni riveras book was coming out i purchased the spanish edition but only read to chapter 3 then i just left it there in my room since i was lazy so after a 2 years i finally purchased the digital copy in english and read from start to finish after reading it and reading the lyrics to mariposa del barrio i cried her life was so interesting and inspiring it made me think dreams can come true it motivated me to get to the top and be real with everyone not get somewhere being fake she was going to a new level of going to the top i wish she was here i would have loved to meet her she is a true role model a true inspiration
