Last Maverick Standing. Flynn McCord is the last single man of the Maverick crew. The Maverick’s are a bunch of college buddies who have started numerous very successful businesses. Flynn restores old houses and makes upscale wood furniture. Piper Dashford is Flynn’s best friend’s little sister. She is starting a new business and is renting a storefront in Flynn’s building. Of course, there is the bro-code that one must not date your best friend’s sister, so the attraction that they feel for each other is pretty inconvenient. This is an enjoyable, easy read. I am bummed that this is the end of Maverick’s crew, but and glad that the author is setting up the next book in the series, with Flynn’s friend, Jackson. I received an arc of this book from the author for my honest review.

Absolutely loved!. This was so much fun, being amongst the Mavericks again, this time with some best-friend and sister goings on. And you know how those things can go. You fight it, even though you don’t want to. Then you give in ‘cause you can’t resist. But you worry about your best-friend getting bent at you and wanting to knock your block off, so you keep it on the down low for awhile. Then…well I’m not saying lol. Either you know, but even if you do, it’s still a bit different. And I just loved them. And Piper, yeah, I completely dig her. And Flynn, whoa 🔥. Just love this series. Can’t wait for the next one!!

Hilarious!. I loved this book. The character, Piper, was hilarious. So much sexual tension between the two main characters. I highly recommend this book. It’s a really fun read.

Love This Series. Another stellar Billionaire Bachelors story! If you are an avid Lila Monroe fan, you have "seen" Flynn and Piper make appearances throughout the series, and I was excited to read their story. A story of a thin line between love and hate. Piper is a fighter, she is brilliant, and she is done with the overwatch of her big brother and his friends, especially Flynn. Her determination and drive for her future are commendable and relatable; even to her own detriment, she pushes on. Her frustration is at an all-time high when she realizes that Flynn is her new landlord. Flynn, oh my me, what a dish! I applauded his determination in keeping his true feelings for Piper on lockdown. I could empathize with his struggles and his guilt. I wanted to shake him when a light was shined on him and Piper and his gut reaction to it. Their chemistry was white hot and was smexy as all get out. Another five-star read from Ms. Monroe!

So much fun. I received a complimentary early release e-book prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review. This is book 5 in the series but easily stands alone. It stars Piper who is Dash's baby sister and his best friend Flynn. Piper has been crushing on Flynn for a while, but he starts to get to know her more as she is opening her own business and is renting a space in a building he owns, well he starts to realize she is all grown up. He has some really complicated feelings for Dash and so to him Piper is extremely forbidden, and he tries so hard to fight his attraction. But Piper tries absolutely everything to get him to notice her and well this is what made this book so much fun. Seriously fun!! Added to that Piper has a secret and she is launching a sexual powerment app for women and a store that caters to that interest, and she is hiding it from her brother and his friends. It was so much fun watching her keep it secret and then when the secret is out, I loved the reaction. If you want a light and fun read with a woman who is trying absolutely everything to get her man. And a man who tries to absolutely everything to try and resist, well then you will love this story. It was super fun, and I had such a great time reading it. I am so excited to read about the next Maverick.

Great Funny and Spicy Read!!!. Wow! This is one of the funniest and sexy romantic comedy IBook ever!!! It should be made into movie!!! Lots of humor and steamy moments between Flynn and Piper!!! They had that sexual charged chemistry going from the start despite of their bickering?!? Dawg, Flynn is hot!!! Loved it!!! It took a long time to really find the time to read this all the way through 😂😂😂😂!! I’m glad I saved the download on my iPhone!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Charming, Comical & Sexy. I absolutely love this series, and I can’t wait for the next book to be released. Lila Monroe writes wonderful friendships and relationships with the perfect blend of the feels and comedic banter. Her writing style unfolds like a movie playing in your mind as you explore the world of her characters. Kudos to Lila Monroe.

What a balance between love and hate….. Are you a fan of a brother's best friend with an enemies to lovers kind of twist? You won't be disappointed with this one. Flynn reminds of the boy on the school ground always pulling the hair of the girl he likes, in this case, his best friend's little sister, Piper. These two are usually bickering at each other but there is always a fine line between love and hate. Luckily, this couple finds the love except when they hide the relationship from Dash and he finds out the hard way. I love that Piper is determined to get her business off the ground and not because of her last name. Flynn doesn't want to rock the boat with Dash after all he has done for him and his family. This book has a fantastic balance between laughing and crying. I loved it!

Entertaining. Charming CEO was an entertaining, fun read that ticked the boxes for me. From the first chapter to the last I was hooked on the story that Ms. Monroe wove. I fell hard and fast for Flynn McCord and Piper Dashford; he is swoon worthy and I loved Piper who is an easy woman to like. I enjoy friends to lover’s stories and this was a fabulous example of the genre and Rom-com in general. I read this one in almost one go and was frustrated when real life got in the way. The fact that she is his best friend’s sister added complications as she should be off limits. However the heart wants who the heart wants and the chemistry that sizzled between them was intense, impossible to ignore and it was entertaining to watch the push and pull dynamic as the story progressed.

Ticked all my boxes. Charming CEO is book 11 in the Billionaire Bachelors Series of stand-alone stories and for me it’s one of the best reads in the series. This is Flynn McCord and Piper Dashford’s friends to lovers journey. Piper should be off limits because she is Flynn’s best friend’s sister but we all know what we can’t have we tend to want more and that’s exactly what’s happening here. Piper is fed up with her brother and his billionaire friends treating her like a little girls and she sets out to seduce the man she has crushed on most of her life and once she set her mind on it, Flynn never stood a chance…… I fell hard and fast for Flynn and I adored the sassy Piper, I laughed, I swooned but more importantly I was entertained by this wonderful couple and their journey. Charming the CEO is the perfect book to get you out of the funk the holiday season left behind. This is the perfect rom com and once again Lila Monroe has shown us why she is the Queen if this genre.

This story was everything I needed!. Charming CEO is Flynn McCords book and it does not disappoint. This story was everything I needed and more, easy to read, entertaining, steamy and with brilliant banter that made me laugh! I honestly didn’t want it to end. Piper Dashford is Dash’s sister, One of Flynn’s best friends. However these best friends seem to be very protective of Piper and she is over it all. They are interfering in her personal life too much. She tells them what for and I loved that she stood up for herself. With a new business on the cards, Piper needs to rent a store and who has one available? Flynn….of all the men in the town! Needless to say, things get rather heated in more ways than one and I just thought things may end up getting messy. I loved how Charming CEO felt like I was among friends and a really great escape from reality.
