Cliché much??. I think the first few chapters were really well written, but as soon as rowen got into a relationship with jesse it, went so cliché. I literally guessed all the "surprises" and it's the sappy romance. It's a decent book, but the cliché just killed me.

Can’t wait this books all I wanna read at night. The best part was finding the book via E-Books. Waited for my hard copy to show up in the mail. Never did reach its destination. Still searching.

Great!. I loved this book! Rowen is flawed, the type of character that exists in the real world. Because of this, both the story and emotional development thrives. Overall, I loved every part of it:) Can't wait to read the sequel

Wow. On one level, this is a story of love between the two main characters. And, on a deeper level, this is a story of a young person beginning to learn to love herself and to take responsibility for creating the life she wants to live. This book was a big surprise, as it has more depth, complexity, and heart than most books of this genre. AWESOME writing by the author, who really does love her characters...and it shows.

Words of wisdom by Rose. This story was packed with great advice.. Judgment and stereotypes be damned. This story is going to remove any preconceived stereotypes about people. Rowen is going to learn a new outlook on life and people. Her whole life people judged and labeled her. Of course, upon meeting Jesse she does the same to him. Until he proves her analyst wrong. Gotta love them cowboys. Jesse is a real gentleman. No judgment from him. Honest and smart. Jesse helps around the ranch and never complains about the work that needs to be done. Garth is evil. He enjoyed putting the doubt in Rowen's mind that a girl like her would not fit into the life of Jesse and his golden family. It sounds to me that Garth is jealous of that said golden life. It's a cute, sweet, and tender story. Rowen's mother is a piece of work. What a horrible woman. People get lost along the way in life never to be found. Fortunately for both Rowan and Jesse they both were found by Rose. Rose is an amazing character. Everybody needs a Rose in life. Her insightful words and wisdom and love are a breath of fresh air. Written well. The story flowed at a quick pace. I could not put it down.

Recommended read!. Amazing story oh my word!! I cannot even begin to describe how this book made me feel. I was in years by the end. Making the purchase for the second and third book in this trilogy. I would die to have this book in to a movie. I would love faces to Jesse and Rowen's characters. Page turner for sure!!! Nicole Williams has entered onto my list of favorite authors

I love it. This was easily one of the best books I’ve ever read, and it’s even better because its free! It’s the cutest story line ever and there were multiple times that my heart physically hurt because I was so happy for the main characters. Highly recommend this book to anyone who’s looking for an easy read with an amazing story line.

Cliche, Exhausting, Not Worth It. I'm sorry, but this is simply a poorly written book. The characters are unimaginative, the plot and themes are cliche, and there was nothing about it that made me want to keep reading. Overall, the writing itself was simple and poor, except when it went into very intimate details about sex and kissing. I understand that this is a romance novel but personally I don't enjoy being made aware of every step in the characters' intercourse. Did not enjoy this book at all.

Like, whoa.. This book. I hade the feels throughout the whole book! It was and wasn't cliché at the same time, which I liked bc although I love pretending its my own life and making it perfect, she had flaws, the mom had flaws, Josie had flaws (very few coming from Rowen's POV), and what I didn't exactly expect was that Jesse had some flaws. Flaws that I did not expect. This book was just. Whoa! I LOVED IT!!

Fantastic Series!!. I read romance books on a daily basis and this is the best book/ series I’ve come across in a long time. When you’re as avid of a romance reader as I am you gain the ability to know when a author can get you in your feels. This author has done just that. I got butterflies during the whole first book. 100/10 a must read!!!!!

Breathless. This book is every girls dream and tops all the romance novels in my library. The characters were believable, the romance was both heated and gentle and the text included great life meanings that the reader could really connect with. I couldn't put the book down just like I couldn't help falling in love with Jesse...and his family of course! With emotion and a wonderful understanding of young love, I would definitely recommend this read and can't wait to find out what happens next in Near & Far. Absolutely brilliant!

AMAZING!!. i downloaded lost & found for free, on a whim that it’d be as good as some other free books i’ve read, only to discover it was better! the characters are so awesome that i found myself routing for them the entire duration of the story. definitely download if you’re looking for a heart-felt, swoon-able, romance with a hot male lead and loveable heroine.

Amazing heartfelt novel. This story had me laughing, crying and caring for each of the characters, it is extremely well written and touches on some very important life lessons. A great read for both teens and adults. I'm looking forward to reading Rowen and Jesse's next chapter together! :)
