Confused. Did I read a different book than the ones who are giving this book 4 or more stars? Seriously I thought it wasn't that great. But then again we are all allowed to have different opinions. But if asked I'd say don't waste your money.

At last. A romance novel with relatable characters! Sexy, quirky and fun. This book definitely isn't perfect but it's so refreshing to have a new perspective in romance and a break from the stereotypical characters (the manipulative billionaire and the 23-year-old weak-minded virgin). I recommend it!

Sexy and Funny. This was a romantic, sexy book. I laughed and was on the edge of my seat waiting to see if they would actually do the deed.

A lot of back story. The majority of the book laid the groundwork for attraction & hot sex.

Refreshing to find a Male Author. Who knows how to stimulate the mental erogenous zone of a woman, as much as he apparently knows how to stimulate the physical ones! I love his wicked sense of humor, I had to cover my mouth to stifle my laugh on multiple occasions. Hilarious, sexy, erotic. I can't wait to read the next book!

Not my thing....... Download this book because I have grown tired of reading the same old romance stories. While this book was in fact different it was just totally not my thing. You can definitely tell this author is a man. The story was pretty unrealistic with minimal character development. To each their own I suppose......

One of the best modern contemporary romances I've read in a long while. maybe not for the sexually prurient, but the characters were alive, dialogue was authentic and true and I couldn't put it away.

My first time reading a romance written by a man!. Wow! Never thought I would enjoy a funny, romantic book written by a man. I was so enraptured by the characters, I loved it. I never cared about the age difference or what Rob would think. I stayed focused on the two people who shared chemistry with one another. I'm glad there were no regrets between the two of them. I wish I could get my man to read some sexy sex scenes from a book and act them out with me, instead of insisting I watch porn with him. Great book. These characters are funny and very sexual.

Funny, sexy, and credible.. This was a really good read. It was definitely funny, fast enough paced to keep your attention, and featured a host of horny characters. And, important to me, it was credible — there wasn’t a bunch of weird stuff that left you scratching your head and thinking “there is no way that would ever happen”.

Horrible Read. Long winded! Get to the point already! I was trying to give it a try until the characters bashed Serena and Venus Williams. That’s was the end for me. Thank God it was free.

Not great. I hate to give this book a harsh critique, but there is so much missing from the plot, the characters, the dialogue, etc. Let me cut straight to the chase: the characters were incredibly underdeveloped. The main character was supposed to be an older woman, but seemed really immature for her age. Her friend, meanwhile, was practically written as some kind of porn star. In fact, this entire book sounded like it was written for a porno. The characters weren't given many traits at all, except that they were super interested in sex. (Not to mention that sexual assault occurs in one scene and is completely brushed off by the characters! It's not okay to remove someone's clothing while they're sleeping!) Nothing really happened throughout the story; it dragged on for me, and the plot didn't hold as much interesting material as I hoped. The writing was really choppy (especially in the love scene), making me wonder if this book even had an editor. The dialogue was just too underdeveloped for me as well, and didn't capture my attention. The author was clearly trying to create a romantic arc in the story but it just fell through. As I said, I don't like to give harsh critiques. In fact, I hate it. But this book was not good. Needs more character development, improved dialogue, a more realistic plot line, etc.

Friends With Benefits. I loved all of these books!! My favorite by far, was book one and two. I couldn't put any of the books down, they were all great. At the end of book four I was left wanting more.

It was ok. I couldn't wait to finish this book. I read a lot and this was not that great. You could tell a man wrote the book, writing was just ok. There was too much tennis talk and a character like Samantha on sex in the city which he refers to it. Not impressed. I was bored until the second half of the book and it felt choppy. I feel bad for giving a bad review but I just don't recommend reading it. you'll be wasting your time.

Good job. This was a pretty good book, I defiantly recommend. Once I finished 50 Shades I was eager to find another book that could compete. This book is a close second. Only things I didn't like was Victoria in the beginning. She was annoying & a bad friend in my view. Also, it took forever for the good romantic sex scenes to come into play. Can't wait to purchase book 2!

Ewww. Stopped reading when Mrs. Robinson was sexually assaulting a man/boy half her age. Just a bit of advise- if someone is sleeping it is not okay to remove clothing to see them naked. Doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman. IT IS WRONG!!!

Sweet Erotica. This book is a genre of its own. Fun, light read.

Brilliant, I couldn't put it down.. I don't usually read a lot, if anything in fact, however when I came across this book which I must have downloaded sometime in the past I couldn't put it down. It has inspired me to read, making my imagination open to exploring new ideas. Whether you enjoy reading or not I would recommend you read this, I finished it in half a day. It is a beautiful insight to a simple yet effective storyline, yes some of it is rather predictable but it is still very interesting and will keep any reader intrigued.

Terrible.. Another horrible non-sensing making erotic. It was ridiculous. Everything in this book was so unbelievable, you can't even imagine this stuff happening because it's that stupid. Don't waste your time downloading.

Don't bother. Didn't even finish the book. Regarding plot and characters? Not very realistic and sorry for the spoiler but who in a sense of mind checks out their son's best friend and thinks erotic thoughts about them and acting on it like they are friends? Honestly, no shame - the characters....

Couldn't Even Finish. Obviously written by a man! I tried to keep reading it but found it just got worse and worse. Unrealistic fantasies that only a man could dream up. Highly offensive to the female gender!

Friends with partial benefits. This book is written for a female audience by a male; this Luke Young know exactly what women want. This book is well written and an easy read. It is so enjoyable that you won't want to put it down until you finish.... ;) I defiantly recommend this. It's more than just cliche milf plot, it has humour included.
