Top Secret. Once again WEB Griffin delivers a fast-moving interesting and historically accurate work of fiction on par with anything he and his son have written so far.

If you read one, you’ve read them all. Not a bad read, but substitute a few names and locations and you are just reading The Corps and Brotherhood of War again. WEB Griffin is certainly no Tom Clancy.

Waiting. After the last effort from these two ( Hazardous Duty ) which was a TOTAL FLOP, I will not give them any more money until the reviews come in. The initial review does not look promising "lots of talk and no action-sound familiar? This guy used to be my favorite author!

Wolf 06. I'm afraid I'll have to see substantial positive reviews before I take another risk with any of the series. The last two books were mostly recaps, boring regurgitation of narrative from previous books, or lacking in substance. What a disappointment after so very many rich, fulfilling days and nights being thrilled by his previous works. I think I'll stick with re-reading his early novels.

Top Secret. A terrible book by an author I have enjoyed in the past. It's not at all what you would expect from him, and I will not buy another of his books without reading numerous reviews first. Do not buy it if you have liked his previous works, you'll be disappointed. I have read better books by 3rd graders.

Great Book if you haven't read Honor Bound. W.E.B. Griffin is a masterful author of military historical fiction. He has covered WWII, the Marines, The Police , and Now the Cold War. Alexander Cendese narrated the first book in this new series with the care of other noteable narrators in W.E.B. Griffin series such as Dick Hill. Listening to books the length of most Griffin series can be difficult because of the precise detail he puts into his books. Cendese reads Top Secret like an old fashion radio play. Every Character is unique and precise. I know who is talking each and every time . There are 20 plus different character voices and each is unique. The story itself covers a secret US program to smuggle high ranking Nazi's out of Germany and too Argentina, as well as setting up listening posts to monitor Russian activity in the East. This was a tricky operation because the Russians were our alli. After WWII Germans would rather die then be captured or turned over to the Russians who would torture and kill them. The US provided them safe passage to Argentina for information. This series will discuss the Cold Was from the end of WWII to the End of the Cold War. I highly recommend this AudioBook as it is a great Listen and a great story.

Top Secret. The book was a relatively good read. However, it was advertised as a "new series" yet it seems to be a continuation of the Honor Bound series with Cletis Frade.
