JLB does it again. I find this book intriguing. JLB keeps your interest and the characters are such that most people can relate to. Good read!
Perhaps the best contemporary writer today. I'm a long time fan of Mr. Burke and his Dave Robichaux novels, and his prose is just elegant. Now with his ongoing Western stories, he takes you to a different time and place with his same, challenging, and rewarding stories. Prepare to be challenged, you will find yourself rereading passages simply to experience again the style which is in my mind is among the best, ever! Bravo!
