This Book Is Great!. I loved this book. I even loved the part when I realized this happened after the Rise of Gaea and that Annabeth and Percy are still alive. The best part was when the book left a cliff hanger. Meanin Rick Riordan might make a series including the Greeks and Egyptians together. Meaning MORE PERCY JACKSON and MORE FANFICTIONS! That is right. I make fanfictions. Don’t judge me. I loved it when I read The Blood of Olympus preview. Annabeth is fine and doesn’t have Tartarus nightmares that people make up in there fan fictions! Keep it up Uncle Rick!

Problem. I bought the book, and it appeared in my library, but before the download had finished, the book disappeared from my library and purchased books. I also lost the iTunes money I had paid for it and don't have enough money to buy it again. HHHHEEEELLLLPPPP!!!!!!!!

Wow. This book was amazing even better then the first one- son of sobek and if u have read the first one u will love this one. One of my favorite stories in the classic writing style of rick riordan. If u have read ANY of his books and enjoy them I HIGHLY recommend to you. You really should read all of his normal books first. 😃😀😄

New Series!!!!!😝😝😝. I think that this should become a series. The Greek demigods and the Egyptian magicians battling the thing they are going to battle this time, whatever that may be. I seriously think that this should be another series. This can't be the last book for the demigods and magicians.... What's next?

I Don't Know. Well, Mr. Riordan, I'm simply amazed by how you accepted our idea as fans, and made the "Staff of Serapis". I eye it as a teaser book for "The Blood Of Olympus", considering the chapter 1 sneak peek at the end. Prepare for fan arts of old man Jason, because that's going to happen. Anyways, I assume "The Blood of Olympus" is NOT going to include any main character deaths? Yes? Okay. As I said, I loved this book, and spent $15 to buy this and maybe pre-order "The Blood Of Olympus". Good, work, Mr. Riordan. Hope to see more. :) Can't wait for the Norse god books though. Bye now.

perfect blend!. this short story perfectly blends the heroes of olympus and the kane chronicles making it seem like they might meet up again in the future! so excited to find out what may happen next with both series!

Great!. This book was great for a short story and I am happy to know that after The Heroes of Olympus series finishes, Riordan still has another mythology book series to write. I had always wondered what it would be like if the Greeks and Egyptians work together.

Better than Son of Sobek. Riordan is in top form with Staff of Serapis! The story combines his two leading ladies in a pretty epic adventure. It gives you a taste of what's obviously going to be an incredible mash up of our favorite Greek/Egyptian heroes. Blood of Olympus can't be released soon enough.

Where's Percy?. I don't think he was even mentioned in the first chapter of BOO but you know it's cool anyways.

Amazing!. Rick Riordan has answered my wishes! This story is awesome!

Is it just me or is Uncle Rick keeping us busy with other books?. I read the first chapter of this book and kind of fainted. First PERCY/CARTER meet, then ANNABETH/SADIE, is it just me or is something going to happen in the Blood of Olympus thats WAYYYY off? Are these books distractions, or explanations for things that may happen?

Why?. It's taking an hour to download!?!?

Crossover!!. As excited as I am for this book and I hope for more ever since I read that line from uncle Amos in the red pyramid about manhattan I knew there was going to be a crossover at some point.

Great. This was really great! I loved how they put together two different book series. Amazing! Especially the part from Blood of Olympus. I don't have anything bad to say about this book or Son of Sobek. Overall this is an emosewa (awesome backwards) book.

Great Combo. This book is a fantastic combo if you are looking for more Percy Jackson characters. (and to a lesser extent Kanes) Not only do you get a fantastic story, “Staff of Serapis,” but you also get the first chapter of the final book in the Herous of Olympus series, the, “Blood of Olympus."

Awesome book!. Love the staff of Serapis story! Love how Sadie Kane and Annabeth Chase team up to stop Serapis in the story. I also love how the blood of Olympics is also in here. Amazing! love it!

Was Really Good. Was really good really starting to combine the 2 worlds into one. I only have 1 question. When does it take place? I speculate that it happened after the events of the Heroes of Olympus because it hints at som things that happened in that series but I'm not sure

Amazing. I totally loved the way Rick Riordan had Annabeth and Sadie react with each other. I found it quite refreshing to see a story from Annabeth point of view in seeing how she faced something totally new to her. All I can say is keep the stories coming Rick Riordan because they almost always have me hooked on the first page!!!

Loved It!. I have been dying for the Egyptian Magicians to meet the Greek Demi-Gods. The Son of Sobek was a sweet, little teaser, but Riordan has us thoroughly addicted, and as usual, left us hanging onto the edge of our seats by the end of Staff of Serapis. The man is BRILLIANT!!!

YES! Finally!. I can finally read another exciting book rather than the other boring books I've read!! And it even has the first chapter of the BLOOD OF OLYMPUS!! I finally have a clue 😁😄😝
