Skink--no surrender. Love Carl Hiassen wish he was more prolefic! Not his best work but otherwise a good read. As always shockingly funny. Give us another one soon Mr Hiassen!

Skink--No Surrender. Great book with an adventurous story and a great message for all of us living in Florida! Since I'm in Okaloosa County, it was fun to read about places out here I've been. The Choctawhatchee from the Alabama line to the bay is one of the few unspoiled rivers left. Carl does a great service for Florida by writing entertaining books that keep us enthralled and promote the conservation of our habitat.

Skink no surrender. This story is an adventure right in my own living room. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys a thrill.

Wow 😱. Incredible book, I'm 17 and I usually can never read anything thanks to my short attention span , but this book really hooked me. It is definitely an attention grabber 👍🏽

Skink book review. Skink No surrender was an all around good book! I found this book very interesting in many different ways including its setting and how it was so action packed. There was also a few things that I didn't like about the book. One thing I didn't like about the book is that in this book the author made it seem like Skink was a superhuman, for example Skink got his foot run over by a car and it wasn't that big of a deal to him also he got shot in the chest but he was still fine. Which made it kinda unrealistic, but overall this was a very good book and I rate it 4 out of 5 stars!

Skink No Surrender. Not up to snuff for a Carl Hiaasen book. Not once did I laugh, giggle, or snort as I usually do with his other books. But it was a good read.

Great book. I read this book for summer reading in school a few years back, and I still find myself reading this book. This is a very enjoyable action packed story.

The legend, the myth, the one and only Skink and the significance of his name.. Great quick read, even though it was meant for younger adults/teenagers, it was worth hearing how the legend’s story wrapped up.
