Mistletoe in Montana. I enjoyed this book & the characters. I could see why Traci wanted Dan to do things with her & his family at Christmas, she understood his pain & since she cared about him she was trying to help him get over his loss & be able to move forward.

Mistletoe in Montana. At first I thought I would like Traci since she had the good sense to dump her fiancé. After she got with Dan, I didn't like her at all. In my opinion, she was whiny, manipulative, selfish and self-centered. I couldn't believe we were supposed to like her after she had complete disregard to his feeling on Christmas because the pageant was important to her. Never mind he associated Christmas with the death of his parents. Of course her thoughts were it happened a long time ago. It was clear she wanted everything to be her way and he was the one who needed to make adjustments. I didn't finish the book because I didn't like her or him for pursuing her though it is very predictable so I know how it ends.

Odd. It was a great book. The timeline of this and the first book seemed a bit blurry at times but was a great read.

No creativity. I read the first book in this series and it was light and enjoyable. Unfortunately, this second book has mostly a repeat of the first book. In some instances, verbatim as if it was cut and paste.

Traci and Dan. This is a sweet Christmas read. Traci and Dan, meet, become friends and then much more. There are lots of great side characters that appear that I guess you find out more about by reading the rest of the series. I enjoyed this book and will read more of the series.

Mistletoe In Montana. Half a Star is what I rate this book. I do not like to write bad reviews, but this was as tedious as the first book. It is frustrating as it is a good concept with likeable but undeveloped characters. I feel the Author had the vision for this book and has simply written an outline. Disappointing when there was so much potential to add more background, interest, a touch of mystery, even the romance was scarcely there, just glossed over the otherwise likeable two main characters. There was a glaring puzzle as the book began with a strong and disturbing description of the ex fiancé and the author just an unresolved character, leaving a distasteful part of the story overshadowing the rest of the book.
