Riveting, disappointing read. I so looked forward to this release...yes it's sexy, with mystery, violence, lust and nastiness. I enjoyed the banter, the inner dialogue. What I didn't enjoy and in fact spoilt this book for me, was the opening of pre-orders for the next book in the series.......it gave away a huge part of the suspense in THIS book!!!!
Risking it all. Not one of my favourites of Tessa’s, but if you’re looking for a kinda dark, spicy read then this is probably going to be what you’re looking for. It’s got undercover cops, corruption, gang bosses, violence and a whole lotta fooling around. ACAB Dual POV, med-high spice, 18+
