Crash and burn. Started out a little strange and hard to keep things straight but after I got into the book I couldn't put it down.. Rated a 8.5 on1-10 scale!

A well-woven plot and stimulating read. Lisa Gardner writes an incredible mystery that has you guessing until the end chapters. Her language is compelling and difficult to walk away from . Excellent!

Crash and Burn. This story started out strong then seemed to beat the proverbial dead horse. As if the author had been given instructions to stretch the story out 5 extra chapters. Also, do the story lines have to be about the absolute worse situation a child can possibly be put in and live through? Can’t a story be compelling without graphic abuse?

Crash & Burn. I often marvel at how an author comes to the plot and solution of a novel. This book exceeded my “marvel” expectations. I thought I had it figured out, only to be flipped upside down. If you’ve not read Lisa Gardner, do yourself a favor and START! Guaranteed you will not be disappointed.

Sounds Familiar. Have not purchased book yet and I hesitate to do so because it sounds eerily familiar. Same plot, same car crash with female driver running away from husband with child in car, but that book was published in 1995. I remember the year because I purchased it in S. Korea while stationed there with the Air Force. I hope this is not a re-issue trying to pass as new. I will buy it, but will ask for money back if that turns out to be the case.

Crash & Burn, Lisa Gardner. Lisa Gardner writes an intricate plot, keeping you guessing till near the very end. Enjoyable characters.

Crash and Burn. This was a thrilling read. I REALLY could not put it down! Now, I have to get busy with housework, paperwork and laundry that I have neglected these past 3 days. It was worth it!
