A Good Read. I found this book to be a good read. It was short, encouraging and to the point. I agree you should use your time wisely. When you have time to meditate, you should do it. It helps you to reset yourself and focus on what is next. I find it is helpful to identify a word and repeat it over and over again. It will help clear your mind to meditate.
