Amazing book. Excellent book, grabs you from the beginning, because the way it is written is very interesting. It has a very critical point of view and makes you think a lot, now I value my strengths more than before, and my put my talents ahead.

Interesting but short. It's a good read, brings interesting ideas however it's 37 pages... It only scrapes the tip of the iceberg. It is basically a summary of an experiment. Interesting but short.

Great guidance to how improve job satisfaction. The results of a poll made by Gallup are perfectly well presented in the book and the findings it made are incredible. I mean who could have imagined how most people are insatisfied and doing something they don't do best. I think, that's not what people show. But this also presents great guidance to improve that.

Have connected into my true findings. Have had a problem that's been more then a bit bothersome and it seems rather due to the fact I couldn't find anything meaningful in the working world. Totally misleading. The detail in the iBook store clearly states "This book is a guide to help readers identify their natural talent" It does no such thing all it talk about is why it's important to identify your natural talent and how much research and time went into the system that helps us do it. Where is the system? I'd go as far to say its a fraud and disappointed there is no zero rating.

Misleading. Tittle is misleading. Book doesn't help you find your strengths, it talks about why you should play to your strengths. The book of 30 odd pages has one reference and reads like a blog (opinion piece). Dissapointing.
