Logan - Wild Boys. Left me hanging at the end of the story. It was good up till then.

If you are into Wild Boys it a must read💕🔥. I would seriously love to live Melissa Foster head for a day. The creatively is out of this world. To bad the Wild Boys are fiction and not real. I was totally touched by Logan and Stormy story. I absolutely loved it!!!!💕💕

Great new series from Melissa Foster. I was intrigued when author Melissa Foster said the "Wild Boys" was a hotter series than her normal ones - because her regular books are pretty hot. After reading Logan, I'm convinced that this book is hot because Melissa wrote it - it has little to do with the language (which is coarser) or the storyline (which is darker). This book is hot because Melissa knows how to draw a reader in to a sexy story and keep them captivated until the last page. The characters in Logan are both complex, wounded souls. Stella is running from an abusive boyfriend and Logan is haunted because of what he saw during his time in the Navy SEALs, and what he was confronted with about his family when he returned home. I believe these two were drawn to each other because Logan is a "protector" and Stella needs protecting. Even Logan's mother picked up on it - those two were drawn to each other because they were meant to be together. The language is a bit more explicit than a typical Melissa Foster book, the sex scenes are a bit more graphic and the sex comes a bit earlier than is typical of a Melissa Foster book. But, it is as well written as any Melissa Foster book, it's fast paced and compelling. It's a quick, easy read!

Ok. This book would’ve been worth five stars if the ending was better. It just stopped. No cliffhanger, just an abrupt end.

Logan. Sorry not my kind of book. Have tried to delete it. Made me feel dirty to try to read it. Had to quit even though story line would have been fine without the smut influence.

Can you say hot, hot, hot. This is a must read if you are looking for steamy and some suspense. Melissa always delivers great stories! You will not be disappointed!

Logan is Hot!. Melissa that was awesome. Logan was a sexy ex navy seal, now Private Investigator. But a tragedy happen while one a mission leaving his mom blind and father dead, but he never really dealt with the pain of it all. Stella was a beautiful lady on the run from a ex boyfriend who was trying to kill her. Reading about Logan and Stella made me feel their emotional journey, though my heart was full I couldn't stop reading. Okay Heath story already posted. Can't wait to start it.

Love the Wild Boys!. I’ve become addicted to Melissa’s books! I read one and can’t wait to start the next in the series. The Wild boys after dark is slightly edgier but the characters are well developed and you’ll cheer for them from the start. I’m getting worried about what I’ll do when I’ve finished her entire series!

Good, but frustrating!. Loved the book, but there are multiple pages that end in the middle of a sentence then cut to the next Chapter. Hard to continue when you don't know what happened before hand.

Steamy, sexy, suspenseful, riveting. Melissa Foster writes a sexually charged story in this first in a series, Wild Boys after Dark. Logan is an ex Navy Seal turned Private Investigator. Stella( known as Stormy) is an Interior Designer in hiding and on the run from a Dangerous drug dealer. The story is suspenseful, sexually stimulating and hard to put down until the end. You want to immediately read the next book in the series. Well done Melissa!

Great. The story line is clear and it was an awesome weekend read. (Technically I read this when I still had laundry to fold and a house to clean) It was an amazing story definitely recommend!!!!

Heartwarming. Super cute! I felt stuck with this story. Even though the end was predictable, I was still waiting to see how they got there. The journey was just as important as the ending. It was sweet, romantic, suspenseful, hot, and definitely worth staying up late reading!

Fun short story. I enjoyed it. No complaints. It wasn’t “best book ever” but it also wasn’t bad.

5 Flames. I love love love LOVE all things Melissa Foster. In her series Wild Boys After Dark the heat gets turned up to super sizzle. Logan is smokin HOT!!!! Add in the sexy voice of the narrator in the audible book and OH MY *fanning face.*

A survival story at its best!. This book will make you realize the fear and uncertainty of an abuse victim. I am humbly grateful that the author was able to describe the feelings of helplessness that this victim had to go through and her will to survive.

Amazing. Loved every minute. loved the emotion and depth of character. Mystery, horror, pain, and anger, combined with passion, romance, and love mixes up a great book that will leave you on the edge of your seat and wondering what will happen next

:/. Didn't finish the book...too over the top with cliches. I thought it started off good, but then it just went very boring. I don't think the characters were very strong either. I found myself skipping whole paragraphs to get to something exciting...then didn't sooo stopped reading.

A bit boring. The plot was very bumpy, characters were unbelievable and the book was a bit boring.

Lights off!. Keep me in the dark!! Whoa..... Loved it! Even scared, Stella has strength. Logan, well, what can I say about Logan? OMG! Just about sums him up, but also sells him short..... What a man! Looking forward to meeting his brother Heath next!

The After Dark series is written in the same raw, emotional voice as The Bradens and her other romance series. However, please be warned that the language in the After Dark books is naughtier than in her other novels, and the heat level has amped up a bit. She hopes you enjoy them as much as she enjoy writing them. This is my first book by Melissa Foster and I have to say that I was pretty excited! I had dug through ALL her written novels and decided I was her NEW BIGGEST FAN! (There was sooooooooooooo many of them! When does she get the time, much less the inspiration and dedication? And they all sound so marvellous! Argh! I want to be her in the future! Better yet, be her advanced reader! Too many thoughts going on! My heads about to explode!) My first impressions: The book and the whole series I were thought out. Straight away I saw realistic (although somewhat traumatised) characters who had problems and baggage with them, yet they were willing to get back up and to make the most of their lives in order to survive. The characters had lives and we saw this because there were great supporting characters who we knew meant a lot to them. We see elder brothers and friends who we know will appear later on in the series due to, first and foremost, their last names: "Wild" and "Bad". ‘Logan’ drew me in right from the start due to its unusual beginning. It was very down to earth and opinionated as it started off with Stormy's (or Stella's) point of view which we realise is very harsh and probably traumatised. The novel switches between the point-of-view of two main characters: Stormy and Logan. It is written in third person and narrated by them. I enjoyed this as it let me see the story through different eyes. The novel was also quite short and an easy read. But don’t let that put you off. It was also intense; emotional; strong; overpowering; touching; heartfelt; and heart-wrenching. Now there was LOTS of love scenes, but don't get me wrong, this book was not only about that; it was also about romance and LURVE! It had a tough and a sort of depressing beginning to it, but as you got further in, warm fuzziness started to happen. It was a nice contrast to the beginning and it let the happiness to shine through the doom and gloom. It let me connect with Stella and Logan, which I always think is important. I also felt as if the style in which the author wrote was different in the first third of the book compared to the next two thirds. I know this different and raw style is one that the author hasn't written in yet, so I believe the author reverted to her past style I those two thirds. In my opinion, I enjoyed the style she wrote in in the last two-thirds MORE compared to the style in the first-third but together those two styles were awesome and made a great book! No grammatical mistakes or spelling and typing errors in this novel which was lovely to see – it made it a pleasure to read. It was a lovely story and *SPOILER* had a HEA (Happily-Ever-After) which was REALLY SATISFYING. It made me feel so HAPPY in the end! Congratulations to Melissa Foster! I can’t wait for more! Loved it!. I have been a huge fan of Melissa Foster’s work (Remingtons, Love in Bloom Series), I seriously loved Wild Boys After Dark: Logan. The plot is quite different to any of the others ive read and has a great mix of romance and suspense and is definitely steamier, and more intense. I was lucky enough to read an ARC of the book and I will be pre-ordering the rest. The story line reels you in right from the start I finished it in a few hours, once I started I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait to read how the rest of the Wild Boys find love after being introduced to them all in this book. I loved the references to characters from Melissa’s other books creating a link to the Remingtons and Bradens. Logan is a complex character ex seal and a PI and a bit of an enigma, all hot alpha badass but so caring and devoted to his family. Stormy “Stella” is both vulnerable yet strong. I fell in love with both Logan and Stella, and was drawn to their passionate story. The ending surprised me and left me wanting more, I hope they are referenced in the coming books in the series.

Hunky Logan. Thoroughly enjoyed the book. Can't wait to read about Heath now then the rest.

Wild boys after Dark: Logan. I was disappointed in the ending, it feels like it’s a cliffhanger. No conclusion to Logan’s history and no real lead to the couple’s future. I actually thought I missed some pages and went looking for them. Not typical for this writer. I hope the next one is better.

Logan. It is what it is. The writing is good but the story is thin.
