Damaged. Excellent book. I didn’t want to put it down.

Brilliant! Held my interest from start to finish. Loved everything about this book; the plot, character development and ending were unlike anything else I’ve read. The fact that it was inspired by a real case makes it that much better. It’s such a relief to finally see a female lead relying on her brain and not her sex appeal.

Great read. I’m not an avid reader but once I started this book I couldn’t stop. It was very interesting and I thoroughly enjoyed the mystery.

So disappointed. This book had such great reviews but is just so poorly written. The author is all over the place with the characters, attempts at building suspense are forced and at times illogical, and the back story that is alluded to really isn’t that interesting. Only got through 17% and gave up. Wish i could get my 9$ back…

Loved the book-disappointed in the language. I just finished reading Damaged. I could hardly put the book down. I loved the plot-how all the different “trails” of Damaged came together. My heart was in my throat toward the end. I just wish authors would not feel the need to lace their otherwise superb books with foul language. I have never heard anyone say that they wished a book they had read had had more cursing. But I’ve thrown away books that did. There’s no need for it and the author lowers herself to the gutter when she includes the f-bomb so much.

The story began with a grasp so strong I couldn’t stop turning pages. The description of the fight and flight seen in the morgue kept my attention and am in admiration of your ability to convey the process so true to what may be reality. I could see Kate and feel her fear. Great job!

AMAZING!. Having to take the subway to work every day made me get more into books, and I had read all the books I own but was desperate for another good read. I realized I never used the iBooks app before because I honestly prefer the hard cover reads. I gave it a shot anyway and the first book to catch my eye was DAMAGED. It sounded super interesting and who doesn’t like a good mystery? I just finished the book today and I just have to say it was extraordinary! I loved it 100%. The author did a great job with the visualization of the story which made me fall in love, and not want to put it down once I reached my stop on the bus and train. I will definitely purchase this book to add to my growing collection and will absolutely read all the books for this series. Great job Pam! xoxo, Kay.

Amazing. Read. This book was amazing. It kept me wanting more. At the end I could not put it down. My heart was racing. I felt what she felt. It was amazing and surprising to see how the pieces all fit together so seamlessly. I loved how it didn’t turn out how I thought. She laid breadcrumbs that turned into dead ends and sprang new plots that were unexpected. I loved it and can’t wait to read another from this series.

Damaged. I really liked this book which is about a lawyer who has improved her status and has started an investigation into a company she is supposed to defend .A very clean book which is not religious and interesting enough to compel one to finish the book .

Awesome!. I enjoyed reading this book a lot. I started reading it a couple of weeks ago and last night I couldn't put it down until 4:30 in the morning that I finished it! Damaged. Very well done. At one point there was too many suspects, and secondary characters causing some confusion and leaving characters undeveloped. The story was impressive. Rich and in-depth. Many of the main characters live in shades of grey but are likeable and relatable.

Damaged is well worth the read. I downloaded this book because it was free, and I am so glad I did. It is a thriller that will keep you on edge through to the end! I will definitely read the other Kate Lange books

Loved it!. Damaged is an awesome book - one of the best thrillers I have ever read! I highly recommend it. The characters were fantastic. The suspense was gripping. I went on to read the author's other 2 books which are also excellent!

Damaged. Great read, I grew up and went to school in Dartmouth/Halifax but have lived away for a long time. So nice to read a book that mentions streets and landmarks that I can visualize where the characters actually are! Am now in to your second novel!

Forcefully inspiring. Kate is definitely just starting her undoubtedly brilliant career-one I am officially invested in! She’s tough but tender; determined to make her own path. This was a realistic and well-told story. I like the fact that glimpses of romance was in the background-hopefully she will find someone in the rest of the series. Whoever will match her stride will definitely cause an explosive romance…perhaps a power couple too!
