The Woman Next Door by Cass Green Book Summary

Two suburban women. Two dark secrets. The almost perfect murder.

Everybody needs good neighbours…

Melissa and Hester have lived next door to each other for years. When Melissa’s daughter was younger, Hester was almost like a grandmother to her. But recently they haven’t been so close.

Hester has plans to change all that. It’s obvious to her that despite Melissa’s outwardly glamorous and successful life, she needs Hester’s help.

But taking help from Hester might not be such a good idea for a woman with as many secrets as Melissa…

The woman next door. Really enjoyed this book. It's quite suspenseful and hard to put down. I finished it too fast and want more!

Woman Next Door. I admit I’ve only gotten 2/3 through this book. The book is written with a lot of British slang and I would assume interest to them. For me, it was very slow and muddy, everything took so long to explain that I lost interest. The two women’s personalities were boring. The story is diffinitly not exciting enough to continue.

Great. Loved this book

Average. I downloaded this books as the reviews were excellent but must say I was disappointed. It was OK to read but not one of those books that you can't put down.

Clumsily written. This book is clumsily written from start to finish, with assumed references. Unbelievable plot-lines and generally weak. One review said the writing got better as the book progressed, it doesn't, not remotely.

The woman next door. Tame ending spoiled a potentially good plot

So Good. I loved this book I normally read detective /thriller books but I was very much drawn to this one,so pleased I read it love cass's style of writing I felt I was there it had my heart beating faster in some places also I found a bit of humour and some sadness really fabulous story line can't wait for more from this wonderful author 😀👍🏻.

Characters stayed in my head all day!. cass green has an amazing imagination. I read her book each night at bedtime and the storyline stayed in my mind for the rest of the following day. The characters were fantastic. Poor old Hester, busybody but meaning well, sad and lonely life. But I roared laughing at her antics and her criticisms of the younger generation. I've hardly been paying my children any attention as I've had my head buried in this book..... god knows what Hester would have to say about that!! 😂🔨

The woman next door. Excellent read.. Gripping and i felt like i was involved in the grip of it all.

Snore. The plot was unrealistic in parts. I was disappointed by the long drawn out ending. Would not recommend this if you like gritty thrillers.

A little slow to start but then really got going!. .
