The wedding duel. Very disappointed by this book. The story line was rediculous. No man in that time would have treated a woman like that. The reference to her concussion was absurd as well. Medical science was so inept then.

Loved reading this!. Really enjoyed reading this book. I looked forward to reading it every night to see what would happen next in the story line. I’m so glad it wrapped up towards the end and didn’t drag on for the whole book. It kept me interested that way.

Highly recommended love story. I could hardly put it down!

The Wedding Duel. In reading this novel, I found the scenery, clothing for men and women, and the vocabulary used by the common folk and those of nobility to be quite accurate. The relationship between the lead characters was quite enticing at times. I would recommend this for anyone to read. LaMar

The Wedding Duel. A comedy of errors. Why people should always be honest and open about their feelings. A quiet long but satisfying historical romance about not one, not two, but six characters whose lives affect each other’s in many different ways. I think all who read this story will enjoy it very much.

Good Story but.... This book was a good read but, it drug on a lot..by the end of it I was just ready for it to be finished. I did like Keene and Sophie’s story but it was just way to drawn out and I kept getting annoying that everyone was tip toeing around things.

I Need More Stars!. Absolutely one of the best reads EVER! I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and craziness that engulfs them all! You will not be disappointed in this gem!

Convoluted mess. Just all over the place. Way too long and convoluted

Good -but!. Enjoyed the character of Sophie, felt you could have had more fun with her throughout the book. Too much ruminating over Sophie’s suspected pregnancy, I would have liked to know the reaction of Sophie’s parents for getting it so wrong. I would liked to know more about Keene’s relationship with Father and how his relationship developed with Sophie. So for me the story could have more depth and fun with characters. Lastly I felt that I there were lots of Questions with no answers.
