The Burning Claw by Quinn Loftis Book Summary
Jacque’s mind wandered as she hovered somewhere between life and death. Costin’s best friend lay as if sleeping, clinging to life by a mere thread, held at the other end by the powerful fae. But the thread holding Costin to his own sanity was just as feeble. Sally, his world, his light, his brown-eyes, the only thing that keeps the darkness at bay, was gone. Simply vanished. Costin didn’t know how or where, and it was tearing him up inside. The young boy, Titus, his adopted son, was the only thing that kept his wolf from taking over completely. Costin would be strong for the boy for as long as he could, but he wasn’t sure how long he could keep the feral would at bay.
Bethany, the brave young girl that had been rescued from the clutches of the vampire coven to which she’d served as food for the past seven years, was now sharing a room with her true mate, with absolutely no understanding of what that meant. Though the girl had proven to be resilient, she had no idea how to handle her the huge dominating werewolf that had staked his claim on her. Drake was past the point of feral when he’d found her, and that kind of darkness doesn’t let go without a fight. The strongest of alpha females, raised with a full understanding of pack law and the power of the mate bond, would have had a tough time dealing with the wolf. Bethany, a dormant, who had no idea who or what she was, didn’t stand a chance.

The Burning Claw. This is book 10 in The Grey Wolves series should be read in order to fully enjoy. This story picks up right where the last book ended. It’s full of heartache and laughter. I really enjoyed getting to see and learn more about all the characters while we found out what happened with Sally. I couldn’t put it down and can’t wait to read more of this series I can’t get enough.
LOVE. I always get lost in this world! Please don't keep us waiting long! I'm so curious about the gypsy healers!

Wolf. Great series
Intense Read. Wow. This book has a lot of emotional angst and turmoil the characters have to overcome forcing them to become stronger and more connected as a whole. There is Vampires who are horrendous making the gravest of crimes, ultimate and unseeing betrayals. Fae's and Elves uniting to overrule a ludicrous leader, a secret organization bent on destroying humanity with Wolves and their fearless counterparts attempting to battle the evil that continues to destroy. I enjoy the character interactions and all the different points of views getting a more in depth understanding to their personality and personal trials. Though some of the many personalities seemed to mesh making their supposed individuality seem indistinguishable. Some subjects discussed are sensitive and could be triggers. The love and adoration the characters share are always awe inspiring with great sarcastic humor to curve such dire situations in the book.
