Take Me Home Book Summary

A steamy, standalone romance with a guaranteed HEA from USA Today Bestselling Author J.H. Croix! If you like smoking hot romance with alpha men and sassy women, you’ll love this series!

Gage Hamilton. Smoldering, sexy and single. Entirely uninterested in anything resembling romance. His hot new neighbor is definitely not part of his plans. Marley Adams is way too sexy for Gage’s own good. Control is the name of the game for an ex-military operative like Gage. Yet, he finds control hard to come by with Marley. In fact, he’d like nothing more than to get his hands on every inch of her. Just once and that might be enough. The last thing on Marley’s mind is romance. She’s returned home to Alaska and is busy trying to forget the past. Yet, the past comes knocking and puts her safety at risk. Gage finds he’ll do anything to protect her. He never considered his own heart might be at risk.

*All novels in this series are full-length standalone novels with an HEA.

Take Me Home - J.H. Croix Book Reviews

  • Eh (arianaglib)

It’s ok. Just ok. The writing is very amateurish, the author often used the same perfunctory words over and over which just irritates me. You’re an author, use some other words, paint a picture differently. It just felt redundant and repetitive. Not much going on story wise- your typical “damsel in distress I can’t believe this guy loves me” nonsense. But it was free so I guess I’m not as annoyed as I would be had I paid for it. I give it 2 stars for entertaining me slightly
  • Take me home (I_SolemnlySwear)

It was ok. I felt it repeated itself too much with their feelings for each other.
  • Great book (Francesailene)

I love how you write and all the details! Keep them coming. Xoxo!
  • Christmas on the Last Frontier (MeriO1968)

Fun, fantastic read. The characters are realistic with appropriate emotions. Spicy parts are just that, spicy. I enjoyed every word and recommend this book to readers who like a little spice with their romance.
  • Joe’s Thoughts (Anne Emily)

Reading this book was a definite yes. It caught my attention on the first couple of pages, and I just kept reading. It is a story about families and friends. Sometimes love at first sight does come along. A story to remember.
