Great conclusion. This final book brings this amazing trilogy to a close. Just as exciting as the first two books.

Deep world creator…..rememberer…. This is the best series I’ve read in a long time and I’m eternally thankful for the person that left a hard copy of the 1st book in a break room library. N.K. Jemisin works is like the love mind between Octavia Butler and Ursula Le Guin. Full of depth, history and context. Thank you.

Worst Hugo winner ever. Unlikeable characters in an incoherent aimless plot. I read the series hoping it would get better. I was flat out wrong

A beautiful ending to a beautiful story. I finished this book in one day. Jemisen brings everything back in the final chapter of this trilogy. All questions are answered and you're left with a feeling of utter satisfaction.

Satisfying conclusion to a unique series. If you have read the first two then buy this book. Perhaps not quite at the level of the first book, but sequels always loose the shine of a new unique world.

Broken Earth Trilogy. When you cry at the pain the characters...who become your good friends over the course of nearly 1800 pages with the three books...feel, and find yourself rooting for their survival, it is because you have fallen into the hands of a master writer. Thank you Ms. Jemisin.

Still very good. The third and final installment of the N.K Jemisin’s Broken Earth trilogy, ‘The Stone Sky’ shows the sacrifices that must be made in the end, to preserve the lives of others and save the world from an apocalypse.

A satisfying end to a great trilogy. My only beef with The Stone Sky is that it is the end. I would gladly follow Essen and Nassun around the stillness with their cadre of stone eaters, orígenes, and stills. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, and The Broken Earth is no exception. The Stone Sky is a satisfying 5-star end to Essun’s journey. The bleak world of the Stillness during a season is told through excellent prose that brings the world to life. This book ties the story up nicely while leaving you wanting more.
