Why?!. I love the Steel brothers saga!

In love!. I’M ADDICTED!! I can’t stop, and once you’re hooked, you’re hooked. It’s one of the best series’s I’ve ever read. So many twist and turns, up and downs, and it only gets better, deeper even.

Exciting plot!. I couldn't resist jumping into this series because I keep seeing it on my Facebook feed. I really wanted to see what the hype is about. Luckily the author does a pretty good job of doing enough of a recap in the beginning that I had no problems jumping in and following along. I was hooked on the plot immediately. This has a secret society aspect to the overall series that will keep you guessing with each chapter. You do get previous couples in this book and this series is a lot darker than I was expecting so it may have some triggers for some readers. Overall, I enjoyed it and want to go back to book one and get everyone's story. ARC provided by NetGalley.

Amazing. Awesome series

I love them but..... I really have enjoyed reading all of the books in this series my one complaint and the reason for 4 stars is that they are all so short. I'm greedy, I want more. I want a book to keep me busy for a few days. I hate waiting for the next one, it seems like an eternity. The next time I start a series I will wait until all of the books are out.

Couldn't get enough!!. **Please note that Shattered is not a stand alone** Shattered is the seventh book in the Steel Brother Saga you must read in order starting with Craving. Ryan Steel is the youngest brother in the Steel family and also a wine maker. He joins his brothers Talon and Jonah on a double wedding in Jamaica where he meets Ruby (Melanie's maid of honor) a deceive and a workaholic. In the beginning Ryan gets a disturbing phone call claiming it was his mother but his mother died many years ago. Letting it go for the week while he watches his brothers get married and enjoy his vacation he connects with Ruby a very strong independent woman that's fears men. Ryan being the nice guy that he is starts to breaking down Ruby's walls and sees a beautiful, fierce woman under all the layers. Ryan and Ruby's relationship blossoms into something beautiful and yet troubling at the same time with Ryan getting troubling information about his family's history to a phone call from someone he never expected. Ruby herself has some disturbing information she discovers that brings up her past. The ending will leave you speechless and your head spinning. Shattered is a must read if I could give it 10 stars I would. Helen Hardt has simply out done herself yet again. I can't wait for Twisted that comes out December 26,2017.

Timeline frustration. Although the stories are great. The two and four month delays between books is a bit frustrating. I'd suggest not starting the series until they are all out...

WOW. All I can say is "WOW"! Normally I'm not a big fan of continuing books, but with these, I can't wait for the next installment. I usually like series that each have an ending for all of the books in that series with no cliffhangers. But, the way Helen Hardt writes, I'm changing my tune. The characters are two dimensional and are victims in their own way. It shows that you don't have to be the actual victim of the crime to have residual effects. The crime against one person in a family effects everyone in the family and effects family members of the perpetrators. Both Ruby and Ryan have a lot to deal with, some that weren't expected. Ruby has had a long time to live with what her father has done but Ryan has had time to deal with what happened to his brother. So the fact that there are more aftershocks that he has to deal with now that he has found someone that understands him is disheartening. I can't wait for the next installment. I want answers just as much as the Steele's do but I don't want it to end.

I'll take more Ryan Steel ❤️❤️❤️. Please note that you need to read this series in order: Craving, Obsession, Possession, Melt, Burn, Surrender and then Shattered (Twisted comes out this year as well). We begin Shattered focused on the baby brother of the Steel Brothers, Ryan, and Ruby a town cop that desperately wants to close a chapter of her painful past by capturing her convict father. The two get to know one another on a family trip, but Ruby has been so closed off to men her entire life she is extremely wary to Ryan’s intentions. He’s the most handsome of the Steel Brothers, sweet, honest and can have any woman he wants. What does he see in Ruby? The apprehension Ruby feels towards Ryan and his affections breaks my heart. She is so extremely confident in her work as a police officer, it’s hard to believe she’s so unsure of herself when it comes to men. As time moves on and they spend more time together, it’s a good feeling to see Ruby open up to the kind of person she is on the inside and not just define herself by her work. Ryan is so swoonworthy with Ruby; sweet, honest, patient; you name it! Look up gentlemen in the dictionary and you will see a picture of Ryan Steel. Again, let’s not forget he’s deemed the sexiest brother of them all, able to charm the pants off any woman. And now, he’s set his sights on Ruby. Some questions have been answered in previous installments surrounding this household drama, but trust me when I say you’re still in shock as they continue to put their family puzzle together. It's abundantly clear that Ryan and Ruby will forever be tied to one another in the search for her convict Father. The entire clan plays a role in this series, including their sister Marjorie. They’re all present in every adventure and that makes the story all the more enjoyable. Once again, the sexy moments are nothing short of hot and erotic! Queue the cold shower ladies! The cliffhanger at the end of Shattered will absolutely, positively BLOW YOU AWAY! I can guarantee you won’t see it coming. Yes, you think you probably had it all figured out like the rest of us, but you will be amazed at the twists and turns that Helen has once again thrown at us. I was looking for the next page of this engaging drama as I screamed OH MY GOSH, but Helen closed the curtain on us. Now we play the waiting game again! This roller coaster is one heck of a ride.

Shattered. “If that’s what you think, you’ve got another think coming” This line was in this book, and it was the first time that I have seen it quoted correctly! I know it is not a review of this book... I got the first one free. I almost never purchase books, I just read the free ones. I have purchased all the rest of them and will buy the remaining to find out the answers; who & why? Can you ask for a better review?

Can’t get enough.... The Steel Brothers saga is absolutely addictive. I couldn’t stop reading it. Helen Hardt is an awesome writer!! Definitely recommend this book and the whole series!!!

Shattered. Omg I'm so in love with this series but the long wait for each new book is way to long. I will never start a book that the series isn't complete. I read this book in 1 day. Not long enough now have to wait until December to find out what happens. The plot thickens

Shattered. I can't believe we have to read eight books for one little story. Why can't you finish a book by telling us what is going on. All of a sudden book seven ends as usual without any new formation. Guess you are making a fortune on all these books that should be one book that actually has an ending.

Helen Does is again. Helen Hardt does it again in Shattered. This series just keeps building and building and not once does is get boring. Ryan and Ruby's relationship is hot and steamy but the mystery behind them both is intriguing. Seeing this story all come together leaves me wanting more and I can't wait to continue the rest of the series!!!
