So good. I actually read this book in 5th grade and to be honest I think it is a really good book for other 2-5 graders who are just learning about the Nazis, Nazi party, Hitler, etc. The events are most likely to happen but, it is a really good book and gives a lot of suspense that you want to read the whole entire book in one day, that’s what I love about it.❤️

Refugee. This book was amazing!!! It was hard to put down. The end of the book was soooooooooo good I wanted to read it a million times! I totally recommend this book! I am in 4th grade and it was a bit scary to me when Josefs dad mentioned the concentration camp stuff but other than that it is truly remarkable to see how Josef, Isabel and Mahmoud all were in different times and managed to survive hard times!! (Even though Josef died in a conservation camp). Alan Gratz is an amazing author!!!

Beautiful book. I’m in the sevenths grade and I love this book. It can get confusing at times when you’re not paying attention to who the chapter is talking about but once you get used to it after three or four chapters it’s one of the best books you’ll ever read. At times it can be very sad and at times it can be very heartwarming. To the people who have the privilege to read this book we were fortunate that we are not in different harsh time and situations like these three children.

DUDE. Ok, I’m not usually a fan of books that are on wars and violence and all that stuff, but when my cousin (whom I enjoy borrowing books from) gave this to me to read, I was a bit skeptical. And then I read the book. And I was like DUDE. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST WRITTEN BOOKS IN THE HISTORY OF BEST WRITTEN BOOKS!!!!(other than KOTLC of course.[For you uncultured swine reading this, the Keeper of the Lost Cities{highly recommend}]) I COULDN’T PUT THE FREAKING BOOK DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS SO GOOD!!!!! My cousin also let me borrow Project-1065 and I fell in love again. But ya. THIS BOOK IS AMAZING. ANYONE WHO SAYS OTHERWISE IS GOING TO DIE.

Good book but kind of confusing. It was a great book over all. But the constant switching of perspectives made it very hard to get interested in one story.

OMG!!!. this is the best book i have ever read in my entire life. its made me feel happy, its made me laugh, and it especially has made me cry. this book has three incredible stories that all tie in together. i remember reading this in the 6th grade and i instantly fell in love with it. im usually not a fan of reading books, however this book is so good and i really enjoy reading it.

Amazing!!!. This book is truly amazing. I was never that interested in reading but when I read Refugee, I just couldn’t put it down. I loved the cliffhangers, different pov’s, and problems it just made the book even better. I loved how I felt the emotions the characters were feeling and going through. I would definitely recommend. This is one of the best books I have ever read. 😁

Absolute Favourite. I read this book the year it came out as a novel study in grade 8. One of my favourite books and one that I recommend anyone to read. There’s many twists to the story but all of them making sense! Amazing read!
