Then came you. Nice story. Good characters and good story. Liked that no one was perfect. Did some proofreading suggestions.

Perfect!. Mia DeAngelis has been raising her ten year old nephew Ben since he was one. She decides to move them to Compass Cove to live with her Nana and work at the college as the librarian. When Ben starts acting out he runs away from Mia. Adam Miller is a retired NFL player who is now coaching football at the local college after a car accident showed him he needed to make some changes in his life. When Adam sees a young boy sitting at the end of his football field he goes to check on him. The woman who comes to pick the boy is not what he expected. When Adam offers to help Mia get Ben a bike the attraction is instant. Can the two build there attraction into a future or walk away alone. Then Came You was perfect from start to finish. I loved Mia and Adams characters. They were so different yet had the same family values. I just couldn't put it down am I'm looking forward to the rest of the series.

Love this book!!. Sweet baby Jesus, I LOVE this book!! Finally, a heroine who is doing everything she can to create a wonderful new life for her nephew...without being a hyper-independent martyr. I've had enough of those to last a lifetime! Mia is like a modern day mixture of Mary Poppins and Nanny McPhee (lol, without the wart and unibrow!) Ben is loved and nurtured by her protectiveness, but not smothered by Mia's fears, like getting hurt playing sports. Her willingness to let him hang out with Adam, the so-not-her-type jock, demonstrated to me that although she might not have given birth to Ben, she's his mom in every way that counts. Mom's sacrifice their wants for those of their children. Adam is a charming rogue with a little bit (!) of a history where women are concerned (oh, that ex! Even her name was snooty!) but he's instantly drawn to Mia as well as Ben. He's the perfect example of that guy who the reader instantly falls in love with but he's unfairly judged by both himself and others. Thrown in a cast of fun and quirky characters (Nana!) and an evil queen (Mia's mom) and you have a beautiful story of love, sacrifice and redemption. I can't wait to visit Compass Cove again. 5 very enthusiastic stars! I received an ARC from Netgalley and the publisher. All gushing thoughts and opinions are honest and all my own!

Then Came You. First time reading this author. Sorry, but I felt this book was overly long. Not a new or unusual story, and pretty predictable.

Then came you. A lot of heart I loved it from beginning to end. Such strong characters who persevered. Plenty of joy to get you through the struggles of life.

Great story!. This book is about tragedy, bitterness, uncertainty, but also great love. There are great characters and you will enjoy the story!

Then Came You. Loved the the characters and their sweet bond to a HEA. The mental cruelty of Mia’s mother was so over the top that it is not believable. Appreciated the privacy of the intimate scenes.

Loved it!!!. A heartwarming emotional read of finding love when you least expect it. A great start to a new series, that is set on Compass Cove in New York. Mia has returned to Compass Cove, where she had so many summer memories, as the new librarian at the local college. She is raising her nephew, Ben. Adam is a retired NFL quarterback from injuries, where he is now coaching football. Returning home was not in the card for Adam, along with falling in love with Mia. The sense of small town community is felt through out this story. Loved Mia and Adam, neither expecting to find love but with the help of the local town people and the magic of the compass with help them with their HEA. I highly recommend this book, it was a book that I could not put down. Jeannie Moon has out done herself.

Then Cam You. Very good writer. I couldn’t put the book down. It hit all the senses, laughed out loud and cried! Great!

Love this love story. I absolutely loved this love story between Adam and Mia she definitely needed someone to love her for her! I see so much of myself in her and have had same experience except it was my dad and aunt...even when I lost 56 pounds they acted like I gained instead of 😞 or had to hear stuff like you just keep getting bigger and bigger smh so I or my older sister was the favorite child and made me feel like I was just nothing.

Beautiful. This was beautiful and interesting. The characters were fantastic and the story was great. I loved the happy ending.

Loved It. I loved this sweet, endearing small town story with its wonderful cast of colorful characters. It is a heartwarming and emotional tale with masterful storytelling and the two main characters stole my heart with their vulnerability and passion. Mia DeAngelis has just started her new position as a college librarian at Jennings college. When she accepts the job, she and her ten year old nephew move from the big city to small town Compass Cove. Mia is her nephew’s guardian and she is trying to find a better quality of life for both of them. Adam Miller is the college football coach at Jennings. Adam was a professional football player but he lost everything with his wild behavior and bad decisions. He is now trying to get his life back on track and make amends for his past selfishness. Adam and Mia are immediately drawn to each other but they have to constantly fight their insecurities. I love the interactions and dialogue between Adam and Mia. There is so much chemistry sparking between them as they maneuver the dating world with the whole town watching. Adam worries he will mess everything up and hurt Mia. He has never had a relationship or cared about a woman before meeting Mia. Mia hasn't dated much and isn't sure what Adam could possible see in her. Mia doesn't realize she makes Adam a better person and she has so many wonderful qualities. She is sweet, innocent and nerdy and at twenty nine, has been responsible for her nephew for years. Adam is a rugged, macho guy, but he is out of his element with love, relationships and his feelings towards Mia. I fell in love with Adam myself and found him charming, fun and protective. I was given an advanced copy of this book to write an honest review for Netgalley and Cocktails and Books.

Love wins in the end. Poor Mia went through a lot in life, with family issues and then becoming the mother to her nephew, her personal life was put on the back shelf. Luckily she made the move back to Compass Point, where the comfort of her grandmother, and the love of a special man rescue her.

Fantastic. Another emotion filled book from Jeannie Moon!! The story, the writing, and the secondary characters are all exceptional but what makes this one unforgettable are the core characters of Mia, Ben, and Adam. You can just feel the chemistry and depth of feeling they have for each other. Mia and Adam are both people looking for a fresh start after life served them up some pretty hard times. They never give up even though their journey to their HEA is bumpy. This is truly an amazing read and one I will be recommending to everyone.

Then Came You. A lovely feel good romantic story. Well written with solid characters and story line. Definitely will be reading more of this author.

Then there was you. Interesting ! Great people with life’s problems…..twists that made the story exciting…..but I’d love more! Rather enjoyed Mia and Adan and Ben! Now what? Chapter two would be great ….but I can imagine a glorious wedding! Lots of adventures and loving fun! Thank you! I enjoyed the story!
