Hallelujah!. Got an Instant Pot Ultra for Christmas and I have a few more days to decide if I’m keeping it before my return time is up. I tried making steel cut oats using 4 different settings and I had all sorts of complications. I stumbled upon this book and tried Monet’s recipe for steel cut oats and VOILA!!!!! No messy goo all over the counter, no “burn” warning on the display, no watery oats! Yahoo! Had some awesome oats with peaches and raspberries for breakfast and already bought the paperback version as well as the Apple book. Thank you!

Versatile Cooking Method. This book is a great introduction to using an Instant Pot. The capabilities are clearly described and the instructions also are clear. However, illustrations would have been most helpful, particularly when describing disassembly and sealing the lid. The recipes themselves are somewhat bland and the ethnic recipes don’t seem particularly authentic. It does include recipes for a couple of the most popular diets— the Keto and Paleo diets.

Excellent Instructions. I made spaghetti squash as directed as it was perfectly done in 10 minutes.
