Father figure/big brother advice in a book. So...I follow Stephen on instagram and on several occasions I've seen this book and continued scrolling. Then I started seeing posts of page samples from his book. A voice in me kept saying buy the book. It took me about a month or so to finally get it. When I say I was sold on the first 25 pages, I mean I got the confirmations and affirmations left and right. I love what I've read so far and have already recommended it to three single friends. This would be the perfect stocking stuffer or gift to friends, but there aren't many copies in stores near me. =[ But next year, I'm gifting these.

Amazing. This book was amazing and a great reminder to pray to God for direction especially decisions regarding your heart. Definitely recommend and will read again!

Blocking my own Blessings!. After reading I realize I have been holding back in my relationship. My fear has built walls and if I continue to walk this path, the Man that God has sent me will walk out of my life. We have both come from places that needed healing, but our connection and our desire to be better for each other has kept us together through some turmoil. I see my part in creating more insecurity within him after reading this book. I will be more mindful of my walls and continue practicing communicating how I feel. I loved this. I’ve experienced heartbreak for 13 years straight. Dating men and not fully healing from one relationship before going into the next. After things not working out with my daughters dad, I knew I had to do this the right to show her. And this book is the first step to my healing process. I highlighted quite a few notes to reference back. This book has helped me tremendously and has opened my eyes.

God has a man for me!. LOVED THIS BOOK. I literally couldn’t put it down. I finished it in a couple hrs. I felt as if it was very easy to relate to! And honestly put me in my place to help myself grow as a God fearing woman as well!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST BOOK I'VE EVER READ. This book is a MUST read for all women. It answered so many questions for me. What I enjoyed the most is that the author was 100% real with everything he said whether it's something you wanted to hear or not. I learned something from every chapter, every line, & every word. After reading the book, I felt like EVERYONE needed to read this book. I recommended it to all of my friends and family; Even the guy I'm thinking about dating. This book changed my life, my mindset, & my outlook on a lot of things. I thank god that Stephan was called to share such deep thoughts with his dear children. If you haven't read it yet, you're missing out!

This book is for everyone, not just Christians. I had followed Stephen for a while on Instagram and decided to purchase his book for selfish reasons regarding a guy I was into but it has helped me on so many more levels. Stephen helps you look at not just what to avoid in a man or look for but also how to work on yourself through prayer and speaking to God; living a purposeful life. It’s helped me to get on a path to talking to God more for guidance. Can’t recommend this enough and even if you aren’t a Christian, there is plenty of good relationship advice for anyone to take away from this book
