Your next best self help book.... I am always on a search for the next best self help book and Getting Back To Happy, is exactly what I’ve been looking for!!! This book is deep, but an easy read, which is a must for me. This book just hits home and sometimes it hits home deep. As I was reading the other night I thought “oh wow, that’s what I’m doing with something in my life.” With that being said this is something very positive, but it was the result of a very difficult time of my life. I realized as I read this section of the book, it was good to recognize this and will keep me in check and in a positive place as I continue on this journey.
