She said she was leaving me. Then I bought the book.. I knew my marriage was in trouble but I didn't think it was this bad. Then my wife of twenty-six years told me that she was leaving me. Heartbroken and confused I went to the internet and searched some of the phrases she used. The author's videos popped up. I watched a few and was amazed at how he spoke right to my situation. I signed up for his email updates where I found out about this book. While it hasn't worked toward fixing my marriage, that wasn't the point. It is working on fixing me and some of the blind spots that we all have. It turns out that just as my wife has helped me to make sure my hair wasn't sticking up in the back when going out the door, she was also communicating character flaws that went right to her needs. I just didn't understand. This book is making that happen. It's easy to understand and apply. I just wish I had come across it sooner. Rodney Hildebrand

Priceless Advice. Never been one to leave reviews, but I couldn’t pass the opportunity to reccomend a book that has literally changed my marriage and ilfe. My first experience with Steve was a late night after an argument with my wife where she pulled the famous “I want space” line. Restlessly, at 2am, I googled “My wife says she wants space, what do I do?” and found a youtube video from Steve with a title that basically said the same thing. I spent days and weeks watching his content and reading his work and quickly moved from being emotionally devastated and needy to being a confident and intentional man. This book could be 10 times as expensive and still be a steal. Steve speaks so truthfully and directly to the problem that most men are too afraid to admit. When I realized that it was my choice whether or not I took control of my life, my marriage, and my job, everything changed and I have not looked back once. This book helped me survive an affiar, renew a marriage, and find myself. I cannot reccomend it enough. Thank you Steve.

Excellent. Very informative. Taught me things about myself I should have known but had no clue. Changed my perspective on a lot of things. I can only expect improvement having read this as I put things I have learned into action. I wish I had read this a few years ago.

But you can save your marriage by taking advice that is advised in this book There is many books about saving your marriage but this is specifically made for men in that 40-50 range. It saved my marriage and can save yours.

Brilliant. Steve’s book was and remains a lifeline for me during that time when my marriage hit rock bottom and my wife demanded separation. The chapters are short, succinct and written in language that is immediately accessible to the average dude. Steve shows an uncanny understanding of the most destructive and yet elusive dynamics of a relationship in jeopardy. It is almost like he has been quietly standing in the corners of my house watching as my marriage circled the drain. He speaks clearly from a place of honesty, compassion and authenticity. I found in this book the one thing I desperately needed...hope. Not necessarily hope that my marriage could be saved, but instead the hope....and eventually belief...that regardless of the outcome I was going to be okay.
