Beware. Good book but there are 3 books in the series to finish the story

3stars. This is my first book from this author and I did enjoy it. Tinley was hard to warm up to at first. She just seemed to be someone who is just too blah. Not much substance to her. There were moments where her true personality comes out, I loved when she told Marek off about her break but they were fleeting. She did get better towards the end but that twist! I had a feeling Marek was hiding something but had no idea it would be something like that.

Dating in the Dark…. Great story. Kind of predictable. But you have to buy next books to find out what happened. I just want a complete story.

Dating in the Dark. I was enjoying the story - and then it just stops. I hate books that leave you hanging.

Coworkers Hook up…NO HEA. Marek is the mean supervisor. Lindsey answers phones at the call center. She hates him. They end up being partners at speed dating night and hit it off. Things progress fast. But she cannot tell her roommate who also works with them. They say “ILY” to each other and shortly thereafter things fall apart. Then the book ends. You must read the next 2 books to find out what happens.

Don’t bother. I figured out who the mystery date was two pages in, and there’s zero character development and no tension driving the plot.

Good. It was good. The book ends on a cliffhanger that was definitely not necessary for the plotline and was purposefully written to force you to buy the other books.

Cliffhanger. The book was a decent read. A couple grammar mistakes but overall it was an interesting read!

What a waste of my time. Ordinary and dull. The story is so predictable and badly written - needs a good edit! I kept hoping it would get better. It didn’t.

Total surprise!. I loved how a chance meeting in a different environment can change a persons opinion of someone else. Was shocked with last page not what I was expecting.

Phenomenal. Captivating.... this is the first book of three and the characters will draw you in. So much so that I bought the other two books and had to read the conclusion of Tinley’s story. The author wrote this book in such a way that you won’t be sure which way it will go. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
