Surprisingly Arresting Storytelling. When I started I did not expect the book to keep my interest. But it did... in few parts I just skimmed over the loon descriptions... but all in all I enjoyed the book

Well done. I am not normally into paranormal or shape shifting, but I made an exception here because it works. I really loved both the princess and the beast, and how their relationship grew. It felt entirely natural. Perhaps the only confusing thing is why the neighboring kingdoms seem to know essentially nothing about each other while still being only within a days or so ride of each other... It’s a forgivable plot hole because it’s so tiny in the midst of a beautiful story. Beaty and the Best is hard to do right, and this one is well done!

Absolutely wonderful. Read this all within just a few hours. A beautifully written book with lovable characters and a bit of the usual beauty-and-the-beast angst, though the story is nothing like the Beauty and the Beast most people are most familiar with. I’m so glad I took a chance on this series.

Fantastic Magical Read!!!. Beauty and the Beast by Vivienne Savage is a fantastic magical read! This version is a twist on an old classic. This classic happens to be my favorite and I was itching to get my hands on this. I was not disappointed! From the story to the characters, I was completely in love with this version. I can always count on Ms. Savage to transport me to another world with her words. Her attention to details and giving enough background info, is one of the many things I enjoy about her writing. The characters were amazing. Some I fell in love with and there were a few I wanted to reach into the book and choke! If you’re a fan of the classics and want a new take, this book is for you! I promise you won’t be disappointed. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. It’s that good!

Great read!. A different spin on the original story, but very enjoyable read. Can’t wait to read the next book. Recommend this book for anyone to read who enjoys fairy tales with an adult spin of fantasy and romance.
