Sutton Wright.... Ever lost someone you loved? A spouse, a friend, a family member? Ever wondered if after their passing your life would be yours again? Your grief felt endless? When Sutton Wright experiences a loss that puts her perfect life to a screeching halt, she is left with all those thoughts. David has been there. For an entire year. Helping Sutton with her young son. Helping her become open to love again. He knew he loved her but he wanted her to feel safe with him. He wanted her to trust in him and what he was feeling. Thennnnn of course in true Linde fashion the whammy comes. And UMMMMMM its DEF one I didn’t see coming! Read this book. Go on Sutton and David’s journey! See what the other Wright family members are up to as well!! I can’t want for part 2 of this story!

Sutton and David. Oh my god... I didn’t see that coming. Can’t wait for the conclusion and thank god I don’t have to wait long! This had me from the very beginning. This is really a must read! It does end on a cliffhanger but SO worth it.

FINALLY!. Son of a biscuit eater! I have kids! This is my way of cursing! I knew I'd love Sutton's story. So far, I love half of it. Let's be honest though, we knew this type of ending was coming. K.A. Linde can't go too long without leaving us with an angsty ending! I think she starts getting twitchy if she hasn't received a threat to receive a box full of dicks in the mail lately. Which is exactly what she's getting! I knew it was coming and I still wasn't ready for it! Sutton and David. Even when the book was about a different Wright sibling, I could feel the connection between these two. Sutton is damaged right now. Who wouldn't be after tragically losing your best friend and lover, father of your child. David is just there for her. He doesn't expect anything. Doesn't try to say they right words. Doesn't try to force her to move on at a certain speed. It's almost as if he really understands the pain and grief that she's going through. Sutton was a bit back and forth, slightly hesitant to start anything. It's not just herself that she has to think about. David was the ever perfect gentleman. I love the way he is with Jason and how encouraging he is with Sutton. He doesn't pressure her. He knows when to back off. And then a bomb was dropped. Like, left my mouth hanging open kind of bomb. I sat there, blankly staring at my phone for about 5 minutes just trying to process what I'd just read. It wasn't happening. Then I read 'The End'. Of course it would end on that note. I guess we'll get our answers in a few weeks...thankfully.

Sutton’s second chance. 4.5 stars for - Wright Love - book one of the Wright Love duet / book five overall of the Wright series by K.A. Linde. This book can be read as a complete stand-alone but the series is highly enjoyable and it’s one I recommend all the time. Once again we are back in Lubbock, Texas where the Wright family has stood by for the last year and helped however they could as the youngest sibling grieved the loss of her spouse. Sutton Wright fell head over heels for Maverick while still in college. Getting pregnant and married before even turning twenty-one wasn’t planned but she loved her little family beyond words. Watching as her husband collapsed in front of her from an unknown heart condition felt like her own heart stopped beating and like it would never mend again. Over time with the help of all her friends and family things started to look a little less bleak and one person in particular has always been there when she needed him most. David Calloway took over as the CFO of Wright Construction when Morgan moved up to take Jensen’s place. In the last year he has become an honorary member of the Wright family and by some odd twist of fate he was there the day Maverick Wright died and has been there every day since whether to help with Jason or be a shoulder to cry on for Sutton. While he has always found her beyond beautiful, helping her heal has been his only priority but now that he sees her coming out of her shell more and more he’s hoping she might give him a real chance beyond the friend zone. This was an emotional, angsty roller coaster ride that leaves you wanting so much more. I can’t wait to see where part two takes us since that cliffhanger in part one left me with my jaw on the floor!!!

A beautiful story of a shattered woman who is getting her second chance at love. A beautiful story of a shattered woman who is getting her second chance at love. Linde does an amazing job portraying the pain and sorrow of losing a loved one, the wonder and stress of being a parent to a toddler, and the cautious hope of a new relationship. She wraps it all up with angst and scandal in her signature style. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait for part two!!

Short read, sad but wonderful.. Kyla, kyla, kyla. Man, do I love your books. This was another one that once I started, I couldn’t put down. I had to know what happened by the end. It was a great short read. Sometimes, I just want a fast read. Of course it ends on a cliffhanger but we don’t have to wait long for the next, as the sequel comes out in a few weeks. I haven’t read all of the wright books. I read the first one and the second one, the brother is named after my son. I just thought it would be weird to read a love story with my sons name in it so I just haven’t picked up the other books. You don’t really need to though. I never once felt confused or out of place by reading this one and not the others. Sutton is the youngest sister and her husband died of a freak heart failure a year before. She has one child and she is very alone. We start the book with her talking to her husband at his gravesite and her saying she can’t be sad anymore. And she needs to start living her life again. I can understand that. Cue to her seeing a family friend slash coworker of the Wright industries David. There’s sex, fun, loss, and information I did not see coming. Kyla does surprise information like no other. I won’t say anymore as I don’t want to spoil the book. I like Sutton and David together. They seem to balance each other out well. great chemistry. And I can’t wait to see how everything plays out in the sequel.

All the feels!. All. The. Feels. Ahhh this book got to me in a lot of ways! Sutton is so strong and David... SWOON! I fell for both of these charcters and can't wait to see how this one plays out!

Breathtaking story!. I’ve been reading all the books in this series. This one is on a league of its own. How grief is felt and interpreted in each’s own way. Moving forward is it’s own challenge. Great storytelling, emotions on edge, the passion and chemistry of Sutton and David just wow. It leaves off on an earth shattering cliffhanger. I can’t wait to read the next book as soon as I finish this review. I highly recommend this book and this series.

I will admit, I’m not reading the next book.. After this book, I will say I am going to stop reading the series. They are good Romance books, but does not contain the lust, sex and passion I usually choose to read. I did skip over Morgan and Patrick’s book as I knew how it was going to go any way.

Sutton’s story is my favorite. Ok ok ok. So we all know I am a huge K.A. Linde fan. And yes with every book she writes, I always say it’s the best ever. But seriously, it really is the best. With every book, the stories get better and better. The Wright Love is no different than that. It is the best. I have loved all the Wright books but if I had to pick one story, Sutton’s story would be my favorite. Sutton is a young widow raising a toddler. She’s had a rough year since the untimely death of her husband. Sutton is finally ready to start living again. What she didn’t anticipate was David. David took over CFO when Morgan took the CEO position. For the past year he has gotten to know the Wright family. He has also helped Sutton with babysitting her son Jason. He gotten to know Sutton and has understood and given her all the time she has needed. Their friendship is effortless. They get along great without any pressure of taking things further. This is what startles Sutton when she finds herself in David’s arms. This book got me. Like, had my heart breaking, had me smiling, and made my jaw drop. Now, yes, it ends an a bit of a cliffhanger but don’t worry. Book two of Sutton story will be out soon. So don’t get too worked up. Can’t wait to get my hands on the next book.

Great start to this duet. Twenty-four years old and a widow.  Sutton has had to cope with life as she never thought she would.  A single mom to the most adorable boy, Jason. David - new to Texas and Wright Construction, met Sutton on the worst day of her life; the day she lost her husband. No one would ever suspect or imagine the friendship that would begin between these two.  David is a hot, young, career-driven man who has spent the past year admiring Sutton from afar.  Yes, he's part of the Wright "family" so their paths cross but David's feelings have been smoldering for a while.  Sutton, on the other hand, is unsure of how to "move forward" from Maverick. First things first, David is a saint. I love a great alpha male but a sweet, caring, loving and understanding man is just as attractive, if not more.   He's so patient with Sutton, he can see their relationship changing but he takes his time. Once again, KA Linde has given us characters who make you smile, swoon and want the best for.  Her writing and storytelling flows like a perfect song. Seeing Sutton come out of the darkness into the light again was inspiring, seeing David be the man that Sutton and Jason needs is also beautiful. But wait - KA Linde has one hell of a twist at the end of this book and my jaw dropped and a gasp was heard..thank goodness the 2nd book, The Wright One is only a few weeks away!

The Wright Love is all kinds of right in the feels. 5 heart-wrenching stars. Back last year, I message Kyla and begged for a Sutton story. I mean talk about being gutter. The marathon where hubs died was tooooo heartbreaking. My level of angst when starting this book was through the roof. First. You have Sutton. Who we’ve followed as a sub-character in every single Wright sibling books!!! Then At the end of ‘Mistake’ we meet David. Who seems awesome. During ‘Secret’ we see the shell that Sutton becomes and can only hope that her future gets better and maybe includes David. Now we are up to the ‘Love’. Oh my gosh. Love Love Love describes this. I loved the struggle Sutton dealt with and how Kyla portrayed moving on when a spouse or partner dies, very unexpectedly. The devotion the hero shows. The understanding he has of her feelings and where she’s at is profoundly touching I lived and breathed this until I finished it. Stop lights. Waiting rooms. Checkout lines. I read it in less than a day and am crushed wait by for the ‘one’. This is a duet and doesn’t end well. High, high hopes for the next ‘one’. Ba dump bump *chuckles* Sutton deals with still loving her deceased husband but wants to move on. There is a huge twist in here I never saw coming. I blame ‘joel’ as Kyla posted on her fb page. :) I highly, highly recommend this book. And while it could be read as a stand-alone I wouldn’t. Start with the first Wright brother and embrace this family. They flipping rock. Heat: high Sexy times: high Angst: medium To high Cliffhanger: yeah

A phenomenal read!!. This book. I knew it was going to gut me. I was prepared for the emotional ride of getting Sutton’s story. What I wasn’t prepared for was the happiness that some of these pages exuded from her. She went from this shell of a character the past few books, to this fun, bright character we’d grown to love. David was perfect for her. He never pressured her, and was always there for her no matter what. This book was phenomenal, and that ending?! I need The Wright One ASAP!!! You all need to grab this book.

Perfect ending to a perfect series!. I've been anxiously waiting for this book since finishing The Wright Love a couple weeks ago! And it did not disappoint. We pick up pretty much where we left off after everyone finds out a pretty hefty secret. Sutton is not handling it well, which is to be expected. Again, this is a total up and down roller coaster of emotions! Sad, happy, angry, sad, happy, angry, sad, and then finally soooooo happy! So many emotions. We get a lot more backstory on David in this book. I wasn’t sure if there was any coming back from what happened in The Wright Love, but man, he came back with a vengeance! I love him. And I love him and Sutton together. There were a lot of surprises in this book. Like who ended up being the voice of reason. Didn't see that one coming. At. All. This story was tied up with a perfect pretty little bow. And I may have shed a tear or two over the fact that this series is over. I feel like a member of this family now and I don’t want to say goodbye yet. A perfect ending to a fantastic series. I’d highly recommend reading all the books.

Worth the wait!. I have been a huge fan of this series. I love this family and their devotion to each other. Even the significant others have always been a part of this family. I knew Sutton's story was going to be hard to read since she was so happily married in the early books, until tragedy struck her. David has been interested in Sutton since the day he met her...the day her husband died. He has always been there for her as a friend. When Sutton finally starts to look at David as something more, he couldn't be happier. This is part 1 of a duet and does end with a cliffhanger. I loved the story building and Sutton starting to live again. I loved that David has really stayed around for her as a friend for the last year. He has been her rock. This story melted my heart and I can't wait to see what happens in part 2!

Simply Amazing. Omg Sutton!!! I knew I would like her she’s a Wright.. BUT I didn’t kn I was going to love her!! She’s awesome.. she’s a strong mama.. she does what’s right for her kid.. she’s real.. she wants but don’t want to take.. David is an awesome Character as well.. but I never expected what comes from him thru out the book.. it’s shocking and unbelievable! I absolutely can’t wait for The Wright One to release so I get to finish it up!

I want more David & Sutton!. Out of all the books in the Wright series, David and Sutton’s story was the one that drove me the craziest with anticipation. Especially with the little peeks we’ve seen and what we already know about them from the previous books, and knowing what Sutton went through, I wanted this. Badly. I wanted Sutton to get that once in a lifetime kind of love and happiness back, and reclaim the spark and spirit she’d lost the day her husband died. I was only a chapter in and I already had tears in my eyes. The feels in this book just jumped off the pages—they enveloped and swallowed me whole. I felt for Sutton every step of the way—her fears, her doubts, even those debates she had going on in her head about whether she’s doing the right thing or not. Being a single mom and widow, I couldn’t even fathom the depth of heartache and every ounce of strength Sutton needed to muster up to get through this. It was such a struggle and all I wanted to do was just engulf her and her two-year old son, Jason, with bear hugs until that last page. The Wright Love is indeed an all-consuming, sexy and emotional page-turner that gives us a front row seat to Sutton Wright’s pain, grief, and healing. It walks us through the ways she was able to remember, move forward and open her heart up again. And David—sweet, romantic David Calloway—he was an absolute dreamboat. I adored the way he was with Sutton and Jason, even from the very beginning. He melted my heart and sent tingles down to my toes. He was just so patient and loving and giving. Regardless of the secrets he was keeping close to his chest, I freaking loved him. No matter what happened at the end of this book, I’ll forever be vouching and holding my pompoms up for David and Sutton. Because what they have? It’s raw and real and stronger than any of us realize. I just can’t wait to see how they’re all able to bounce back from the mess and chaos we were left with. And I know they will.

“Wrighting” in her sleep?. I’ve read and bought every book in this series. What a let down...and, really, a cliffhanger? Whatever.

The Wright Love left me wanting more !!!. I've been waiting not so patiently for this book . Sutton and Davids story gave me everything and the angst Gahhhh!! One thing I love about KA linde is she gives the best angst . But more than that a bit of everything from emotion to HOT sexiness and family . It always feels like going home when I read another Wright family book . But that Cliffy eeeeek! I'm all for a good CH , now to wait and find out if they get their HEA !!!

Love Sutton!. I’m not even sure how to begin! This book was everything! It was absolutely everything I wanted coming into this one. My heart was broken for Sutton and David at the end of The Wright Love. I knew Linde would put it back together in this one but I wasn’t sure exactly how it would happen. These characters have been through so much together and separately. It was such a rollarcoaster of feelings throughout this series. Let me just say I am more than thrilled with how this book ended! I am going to miss these two as well as the whole Wright crew. Bravo Linde Bravo!
