Lovin’ these cowboys. Loving this dark cowboy series! Buckled, brings us Jarret and Maybe’s roller coaster love story that will grab you from the beginning! Jarret’s hot alpha dominant character is all kinds of tough until Maybe rolls in to his life. Their story is filled all kinds of emotions until the very end! Highly recommend this series, but make sure to read book 1, Knotted first!

Disappointed. I expected a lot more from this book after reading the first book in the series. It was a good book but a let down after a great book!

Buckled Captured my Heart. I have been anxiously waiting for Buckled. I feel in love with Julep Ranch and the twisted story since Knotted and I couldn't wait to see the story unravel some more. Buckled takes you through a twisted story that will leave you wanting for more. Jarrett and Maybe's story started at the end of Knotted. Maybe shows up to Julep Ranch searching for answers that Jarrett, Jake and Conor might have. Sorry is filled with lies and secrets. Once those secrets unravel all their lives are shaken up. I knew once Jarrett fell for Maybe he would fall hard. He loved her fiercely and was willing to wait for her all while protecting her. Their chemistry was off the charts. Their connection was unbreakable. Their story is full of twists and turns, could love overcome it all? Will the lies and secrets overpower their love? Jarret and Maybe own a piece of my heart with their heartbreaking story. Can't wait for Lorne's story in Booted.

Buckle up and enjoy the ride. Buckled is second book in the Trail of sin series by Pam Godwin. This is a book about different couple then the first one but you do need to read Knotted first in order to understand better and so you don’t get spoilers if you read them out of the order. In Buckled story continues from where first book left of but this time we see what happens with Jarret and his girl Maybe. Pam Godwin did brilliant job (as she always does) with the heart wrenching story with a lots of twists and unexpected complications. Right from beginning we know Maybe has a secret, something she is hiding and I felt she was somehow involved in what happened in the first book. But what Pam came up with, I did not see coming. This is a one of the big reasons why I love her books. It is always so hard to figure out what will happened. Her writing is excellent and I truly enjoy every story she spins. This book is no exception. I kept turning pages and just wanted to see what will happened. Who is this person (Maybe) and how is she involved. But I also wanted to see how will their love develop and if they will be able to stay together. I have to say that first part of the book was little slower but important in order to develop the characters and to understand how deep the convection between these two was. However second part was packed with the actions and that is where everything comes together and we got answers to our questions. I love this book, it is a great story, sexy alphas, hot females. Oh and the cowboys, did I say cowboys?!?!! Yes hot, sexy, dominant, kinky, alpha cowboys. I swear Pam Godwin makes me dream about cowboys. And I think I want to move to Texas! I absolutely recommend this book and I cannot wait to see what she will do with the third cowboy Lorne! I think he will be my favorite!

Now be ready to get Buckled with Jarret and Maybe, their story explodes with heated back and forth/push and pull chemistry that had me in giddy anticipation of their every moment which leads to the most "passionate, animalistic mating, unbound and stripped bare"......shew whee it was SO HOT!! The sizzling hotness was fantastic BUT man oh man the heart of Jarret Holsten simply blew me away, I was swept off my feet in complete sighing swooning fashion by this amazing cowboy that had never lost his heart before, and WOW when it happened he was a goner and so was I LOL!!! My heart not only soared and bleed for Jarret but also Maybe for all that she'd experienced in her past with love that left her feeling guilty and doubtful of herself and in need of someone to show her they would never leave or give her up no matter what......And Jarret is definitely the alpha cowboy that loves with all he is and giving up is not in his vocabulary! "Take your space, your time, whatever you need. But I won't let you take forever. That belongs to me. Your forever is mine." *sigh, swoon, all the heart emojis* I loved Knotted but I think I loved Buckled just a pinch more and can't wait for more of the Trails of Sin with Booted and Lorne!!!!

Intense!!!. I read Knotted, the first in this series, a few months ago and have been waiting to read Buckled...holy crap! I can’t believe I waited this long! I read this in one day...it totally entranced me and kept my attention! Just when I thought I could put it down to go to bed the plot thickened and I just had to keep going! Well written, danger, love, heartache and family that always has each other’s back, this book is a must read!

5 Amazing Stars!. Buckled is the second instalment in the “Trails of Sin” series by Pam Godwin and as I’ve come to expect from her, it did NOT disappoint. It’s a heart wrenching story about learning what true love really is, both the dark and the light of it. Pam has the incredible ability to draw you so deeply into the story that you feel as though you’re living it yourself. The emotional connection that she’s able to establish between characters and the reader always leaves me in awe. I physically felt the devastation and heartbreak between Jarret and Maybe. My cuticles are destroyed because I was so anxious for them lol. I was thrown off by our FMC’s name at first, but as the story develops I ended up absolutely adoring it and her character. She’s got so much back bone and tenacity that you can’t help but love her, dietary choices and all lol. Jarret is the perfect morally grey MMC. Everything about him made me fall in love a little bit more. I love how we get to experience the continuation of the initial story through other characters lives. The origin of the story was so devastating and heartbreaking, but to be able to continue that journey with them in a parallel storyline is healing the parts of me that broke for them that I wasn’t quite able to come to terms with after the end of the first book. I’m really looking forward to book three and I have every expectation that Pam is going to both crush me and put my broken heart back together again.
