Accounting for Love: A Forced Proximity Western Romance by Erin Wright Book Summary

Enjoy this steamy cowboy series by USA Today Bestselling small-town romance author Erin Wright…
Is she the answer to his dreams…or the person who will be forced to destroy them?
He’s a farmer, dammit, not a bookkeeper
When Stetson Miller inherits his father’s farm in Idaho, he’s too focused on crops and yields to pay attention to the financial side of things. The next thing he knows, he’s got a stack of unpaid bills, the bank is threatening to foreclose…and the auditor who’s come to examine his accounts is the sexiest thing he’s ever laid eyes on.
But she’s a city girl, just like the last one who left him at the altar. He'll guard his heart – but he can't help wanting her.
She’s checking him out, in more ways than one…
Jennifer Kendall doesn’t mind a tough job, but the handsome Stetson is trouble of a different kind. When he isn’t making her mad, he’s filling her head with all sorts of forbidden fantasies.
The sparks between them fly even faster when the road washes out and Jennifer has to spend the night on the farm. But passion alone won’t pay the bills. Can Jennifer find a way for Stetson to save his farm?
And if she can’t, will he ever forgive her?
Accounting for Love is the first novel in the Cowboys of Long Valley Romance series, although all books in the Long Valley world can be read as standalones. For fans of Elsie Silver, Natalie Dean, or Janice Whiteaker, this is a HOT romantic story with a guaranteed happily ever after. It does have some strong language and oh my, sexy times. Enjoy!

Soooo Goooood!. Beautiful work and characters! This had me hooked from the beginning to the end! Don’t pass on this phenomenal book…you’ll thank me later!

Accounting for Love. This is the first book in the Long Valley series which is about Stetson and Jennifer. The revised storyline was well written and the characters are fantastic. I really love Carmelita and how she takes care of Stetson and Jennifer. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Stunning!. I loved the original but I’m totally IN LOVE with the rewrite! It’s an amazing story that just got better. Erin Wright’s many talents shine through in this beautiful story of conflict and live overcoming all! A recommended read for everyone!

Sweet love story!. When an emotionally sad cowboy meets up with an accountant sent to audit his farm for potential foreclosure, sparks fly. Both have been hurt by life. Sweet love and romance takes over.

Hard working peeps. I really liked this book and can recommend it. Why? Blue collar every day peeps, that’s why. Real money troubles. Check. Thankfully, not a billionaire in sight! Just two hard working people trying to solve some very real problems and maybe just finding there’s a relationship to be found as well. Purchased.

Accounting for Love (2.0). A great book by Erin Wright. Great revised version similar as previously written but with more flair.A must read!

Accounting for Love. Great read - hard to put down! Patty Mattie

Accounting for love. Great read

Accounting for Love. I loved the characters in this story. it’s a must read. The story moves fast and the ending is great. Congratulations to your husband.

Accounting for love. I liked the struggle to overcome past hurts and find ways to grow. The characters are attracted to each other but come from very different. Finding a middle ground takes a while

Accounting for Love. Just loved this story but was disappointed that the sex scenes were raunchy....not needed.

So Cringe. Not worth the read.. I started listening to this book on Spotify during a solo road trip because it was free. And now I know why it was free. I almost gave it a one but I still finished listening to it. The closer and closer I got to the though the worse it got. Getting married after knowing each other for less than 2 weeks???? And then having a baby!? This book was way to long and filled with too much fluff and unnecessary and cringe dialogue. Things no one thinks or would ever say. Not worth the read.

Accounting For Love Redux. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I’ve been a fan of Erin’s work for over a year now and I am just as happy today, that I found the original Accounting For Love, as I was when I first read it! I have to say that while I thoroughly enjoyed the Redux, I didn’t like it any more OR any less than the Original. Both are quite entertaining with interesting and passionate characters. If you are considering reading Accounting For Love and can’t decide which version to read, you can’t go wrong with either one, IMO. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Fantastic read. I loved the story and the characters. I was glad Jennifer found the love of her life after suffering from abuse. The characters were fantastic and the story is beautiful.

Good book. This series is good and I can’t wait to read the rest of them I feel like I know them and their trials I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Accounting for love. Wonderfully fun written cowboy love story. Great trilogy! You will definitely love the characters.

Accounting for Love adds up to a wonderful story!. Accounting for Love - updated, revised and expanded which results in additional humor, deeper plot development, expanded scenes, change in pace, etc., all of which takes the best aspects of the original story and makes it just that much better! Stetson is a farmer facing foreclosure and Jennifer is the banking accountant sent to audit his books - which, of course, puts Stetson on the defensive immediately. But there’s an attraction there too... Both main characters, Stetson and Jennifer, have issues from their past that shape how they view themselves today, which in turn effects their interactions with each other. With the expanded story, we get more in-depth characterization which allows a stronger connection to both characters, identifying more with what each one is feeling. This makes the entire story more satisfying! The supporting characters provide further strength and depth to the story. I especially enjoyed Carmelita - housekeeper, grandmother figure, not afraid to speak her mind! And the epilogue is just perfect! Whether you are just beginning the Long Valley series or you’ve read the original version of Accounting for Love, you will thoroughly enjoy reading this one!

Adored it!!. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I also picked up a copy on Amazon. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. I loved the first edition of this book. I really didn't see why it needed a rewrite but after reading this version, I absolutely adore it. The characters are so realistic and wonderful. I just adore how Stetson and Jennifer came together. I was enthralled with their story from the beginning all over again. I really hated to see this book end. I am going to have to re-read the rest of the series now. I highly recommend this story to anyone. There are some really great scenes where you will be laughing very hard. It is something that we all need, laughter!!!

The Cowboy and the Auditor. Stetson inherits the family farm after his father dies. He’s pig headed and stubborn and used dealing with the animals not people and the ranch books. Jennifer is the auditor sent and equally strong and determined. She is very patient with Stetson and trying to help. You can see the sparks flying between the two! The arguments are epic as hurt feelings. There also other stuff going on like her ex fiancé turning up and causing issues. A great start to Long Valley Series. I was given a copy and this my voluntary honest review.
