Both insightful and practical.. This book was really helpful to me, both in the way it explained how & why habits are formed, as well as in its practical advice on how to apply this knowledge. It gets a full recommendation from me!

Motivating. I really enjoyed the book. Overall, it helped me develop better habits. He backed up a lot of his information with research. Itā€™s all science pretty much to build better habits from what I understood and he breaks it down well and gives great examples.

Favorite Self Help read of ALL! TIME!. As someone who has undiagnosed adhd šŸ˜… I struggle with procrastination, non-commitment, impulsive behavior, perfectionism and the list goes on and on. This book not only helped me to understand my habits on an atomic level but gave me the confidence and the know-how to make effective changes in my life WITHOUT ALL THE PRESSURE! A 1% positive increase over time can compound into astronomical differences in your life. This is a habit ā€˜bibleā€™!

Struggling with he little things? Not after you read this!. A family member of mine recommended this book to me and I could not be more appreciative that he did. The amount of insight in this read in endless and very easy to comprehend! I myself am not much of a reader. I have struggled and still do at times to get into the mindset of sitting down to read and relax. After diving into Atomic Habits this is one important aspect of life that I will continue to make one of my habits and its all because of the systems this book has helped me put in place. 10/10 would recommend to ANY reader out there!

Life changing words of wisdom. Great instructions on how to establish habits to change your life

Great Book!. I had heard a lot about this book, and how much change it could provide in oneā€™s mindset. I feel like a lot of these things I have done over the years without noticing, but this really made these tiny ideas stick out. I will definitely have to come back around and read this again in the future.

Excellent. I would normally never read a ā€œself help book,ā€ but this one has so many good reviews from (seemingly) non-pretentious people that I decided to give it a try. Itā€™s a super easy read and I think a lot of the tips and tricks here are useful and novel. The author layers in some great stories and attention-grabbing ideas that keep this book from feeling too much like a list of to-dos if that makes sense. Iā€™ll definitely be using some of these tactics and Iā€™d be interested in reading more from James. Plus heā€™s from Columbus!

Must read!. Wow, what a powerfully moving book.

Life changing lessons- must read for young individuals. Make 1% improvements everyday by conducting periodic self reflection, you will be the master of your craft. Very useful and applicable techniques taught to develop and stick to the good habits and to get rid of bad ones.

Great book. This book really taught me how rethink about life and how habits actually from our identity without us noticing. I am giving it 4 because the beginning of the book kind of made me think that this book is not what it looks to be, but I would definitely suggest you to read it.

Too practical. This book is too practice lacking theory ,statistics, good examples, or abstract concepts. Itā€™s not thought provoking. I also didnā€™t experience any single ah ha moment while reading. I would would suggest that reading a summary is more than enough.

A must-read if you want to make fundamental changes. You can't argue with someone if the arguments that he gave you are well-founded. That is the case with this book. It makes it easy to understand why I had such a hard time changing and how I can solve that with a real strategy.

Life Altering. This book saved my life. Bold statement I know but when you start to understand how small little negative habits are eating away at your success, happiness, joy and love it becomes scary to think of what 5 or 10 years down the road looks like. I listened to this book in December of 2018. I only started to apply these tools in February of 2019. I was at my lowest at that point. I was 192lb, drinking at least 2 drinks a day and rarely exercising. I let my business falter and my marriage was heading down a terrible path. This book sparked me, but not only that gave me tangible tools to make the tiny micro changes I needed to do I could get back on track. It started with 5 push-ups and 5 sit-ups. We are almost a year later to the date and I have lost 20lbs. I have completed 75 Hard and am not only in the best shape of my life I feel like I am in elite shape comparatively. My business is thriving and I have had so many opportunities hit my plate in the last 2 months that I can barely keep up. I have fully prescribed to the notion of setting huge goals and then setting the smallest habits to get their. Thank you for writing this book and truly saving my life. I cannot express in words how different 2019 would be had I not read this book.
