The Truths We Hold. “The Truths We Hold” reads like an extended Christmas newsletter. Senator Harris’ kind even reverent words about Earl Warren reminds me of a time when politicians of both parties buckled down and governed between elections. She wrote of cities and neighborhoods throughout California in ways that were familiar to me. Senator Harris took me on a journey of learning and personal .
Remarkable. A truly remarkable yet utterly American story. A must read for people interested in substance over sound bites.
Painful. The ultimate chameleon. I could not finish this snooze festival. Yes, I did try to read it but it was too mindless. Learning anything truthful about her seems impossible. Total waste of time and money.

A Tale of Pride and Hope. Kamala Harris delivered an inspiring and insightful account of the most impactful moments that shaped her multicultural upbringing. I truly enjoyed the wonderful discoveries in her memoir. I look forward to digesting more of these fantastic tales.
Inspiring. Kamala Harris is an inspirational leader who demonstrates a life led by empathy, conviction, and persistence. Her path was not given to her, she worked (and worked hard) to achieve her successes. Very inspiring person of whom much more can be expected. Her writing is witty, personable, and lucid.
Wow. She is just not too intelligent. God help us all!
Disappointed. Appears to try and whitewash her history of privilege and her aggressive win-at-all-costs approach to politics. Was hoping she was more about the truths she holds and her values. Not worth the read - sorry (really wanted to like this one).
Don’t Let the Reviews Sway You. People who have IQ above 70 should be able to listen or read with an objective opinion. If you are reading the reviews and want to have a broader perspective on the world, I say go for it.
Madam President. An insightful look into the life of a future President. In particular, it addressed many criticisms about her decisions while serving as AG and DA, and why she chose to tackle them as she did. A fantastic read.
Overall review. Overall i’d say this book is very informative of her up bringing, political views and the work she has done as D.A, A.G, and now senator of California. 3 stars because some parts were kind of boring. #KamalaHarris2020
Kamala Harris. Read the Kamala views, disappointing but her energy is youthful, a great mistress, she talks and laughs and we don’t and we shutter.
